The Role

The Transaction Monitoring Analyst main responsibility relates to the investigation of daily transaction monitoring alerts, raising Unusual Activity Referrals and reporting SMRs where required.

You will also assist in other AML/CTF responsibilities including ECDD, PEP and Sanction reviews, and oversight of the reporting registers to ensure data entry accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

You will also be required to raise any AML risks or vulnerabilities and assist in continuous improvement as our Transaction Monitoring and AML function matures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

· Knowledge of IFTI, TTR and SMR organisation and reporting

About the role:
The BA Manager role is a highly specialised position, central to the implementation of projects. The role has the responsibility for stakeholder management and requires collaboration and liaison with customers and business teams across all business units, technology and product teams for new and existing client projects.

The Middle Office function is maturing from a traditional middle to back office function to provide improved decision support, performance reporting, technical expertise in due diligence, and centralised functions performed within the Front Office Investment Teams.

Looking for a change in your career? The Credit and Affordability team are looking for a passionate analyst to join their team. The Credit and Affordability team manages collections for over 4 million of AGLs’ retail customers across our Energy and Telco business’. The purpose of this role is to improve and manage the approach towards operational procedures, quality assurance evaluations, and agent call management.

What you’ll do:

• Lead vendor relationship for process improvement and call management aligned with KPIs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish successful campaign frameworks.

• Revise QA program including call monitoring and calibration for better outcomes.

• Implement collection effectiveness scorecards at both holistic and agent levels.

• Engage AGL stakeholder departments for input and expertise.

• Provide oversight for vendor activity to achieve collection goals.

About you:

• Previous demonstrated experience within a Credit and Collections environment

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret and analyse information

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Demonstrated understanding of an inbound and outbound credit and collections operations environment

• Possess the ability to coach and educate various business units and teams

Our APAC Finance team is recruiting for a CA/CPA qualified Senior Financial Accountant for Asia region who will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, statutory and tax reporting for 8 holding entities and will manage month end reporting and consolidation of Asia to Global Finance. It is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, managing complexity, multitasking, and dealing with multiple entities and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing end to end accounting for eight different entities within the region.
• Reviewing of  balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global policies.
• Handling statutory tax and other regulatory filings.
• Conducting thorough reviews of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all month-end queries.

The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing local and remote technical services to Dynatrace employees worldwide through a variety of media including support portals, email, chat and videoconferencing. The role requires strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills and operates autonomously to implement proactive customer technical solutions.
