The Corporate Finance Manager is a newly created technical accounting position and will be responsible for all aspects of the management, statutory and external financing reporting under Australian Accounting Standards (AASB / IFRS). 

Key Responsibilities include the following: 

Leadership and Team Management:

• Reporting into Head of Finance, you will lead the APAC finance team to meet operational requirements and promote professional development

Compliance and Controls:

• Coordinate external audits and address audit findings promptly.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Implement and maintain efficient and effective processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

Accounts Receivable Operations:

• Oversee customer invoicing and partner with customer facing teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing and collection processes.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and collections activities to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Review credit terms and customer payment histories to maximize cash flow.

Accounts Payable Operations:

• Oversee the review and approval of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and internal approval processes.
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and payment schedules to optimize cash flow and minimize late payment penalties.
• Implement vendor management best practices to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maximize vendor satisfaction.
• Review significant contracts to establish proper accounting treatment in accordance with Accounting Standards.
• Review and approve all weekly payments.

Cash Management:

• Prepare monthly cash flows, including providing forecasting suggestions on expected collections.
• Monitor bank account balances, execute cash management activities and aid the Head of Finance in managing banking relationships.
• Management of all financial and tax compliance including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax lodgements such as income tax, GST, PAYG, FBT, and payroll tax, as well as annual statutory financial accounts preparation and filings

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Mid North SA and Adelaide North region.  In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and profitability of Workforce Australia contracts within the relevant Employment Service Areas. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee a team of Workforce Australia consultants within your designated area, as well as all relevant KPI measures. This role will involve overlooking multiple sites which may include: Gawler, Two Wells, Nuriootpa & Clare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Establish and communicate clear direction for the effective operations of all locations / Regions, set objectives and priorities, promote effective teamwork and innovative solutions.
• Develop the capacity of your team to perform and contribute by providing leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.
• Be accountable and transparent to the Regional Manager with respect to business risk, governance, contractual and financial performance.
• Ensure placement rates are achieved across all locations / Regions in line with approved Workforce Australia budget.
• Liaise with local community providers to build relationships to achieve direct registration pathways, and represent atWork at public forums and on various committees as required.

As an HR Manager at Gameloft Brisbane, you’ll join a team dedicated to helping our games teams create amazing products for our community. As part of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the Studio Manager and peers, providing expert advice and support across all HR-related areas.

Your duties as HR Manager will include among others:

• Work with the Leadership team to set goals, create people management strategies, and boost team engagement.
• Give HR advice on company policies, performance, benefits and evolutions.
• Attend workshops and monthly HR meetings with HQ and the SEA team to discuss HR plans and policy updates.
• Manage the Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Business Partner of the studio.
• Promote learning and development across the studio and encourage a culture of continuous growth.
• Help build the Gameloft brand by working with education partners and improving the Employee Value Proposition.
• Oversee HR projects like health initiatives and company events, with support from a Communication Specialist.
• Collaborate with industry partners like IGEA and Screen QLD.
• Support and encourage a positive and open company culture.

About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated sales professional to join our like-minded sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding set budgets by maintaining existing clients and building new business through our materials handling and warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Effectively manage a defined territory and client base.
• Identify new rentals and sales opportunities with a view to secure their business.
• Professionally execute a minimum number of product demonstrations per month.
• Ensure all customers receive prompt and professional service when responding to enquiries.
• Conduct face to face contact calls with customers on a weekly basis.
• Achieve a monthly minimum order intake and ensure sales and gross profit targets are met.
