The Role

Partner with and support a portfolio of business areas to strengthen and continuously improve
the management of risk, and build risk and compliance capability throughout the organisation.
The portfolio for this role includes, among other things, the ALH hotels business, which has a
unique risk profile that includes both regulatory compliance risk and operational risk. Working
within the growing Risk and Compliance function (Line 2), you will have the opportunity to work
on risk management activities across the Endeavour business, with a diverse range of business
stakeholders including our Executive Leadership, and build a strong understanding of our
business, purpose and strategy, whilst applying your risk expertise to support and enable our

Support risk management across the business by continuing to embed risk management into our culture and day to day operations: risk identification, risk assessment/analysis, process flow and controls assessment, documentation and reporting - this will be done working closely with senior risk colleagues and partnering with business stakeholders, and will include facilitating risk discussions and workshop sessions throughout the organization, encompassing operational, managerial, and executive levels.

You will sit alongside the leadership teams for these business areas to support their risk management strategies and enable risk capability uplift across their teams at operational, managerial, and executive levels.
• Proactively build effective relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the business strategy.
• Apply your risk/compliance knowledge and experience (and influencing skills) to build risk and compliance awareness, engagement and understanding across the business at all levels of the organisation; and look for opportunities to enhance, operationalise and embed risk/compliance management.
• Actively contribute to the continued growth and development of the Risk & Compliance team and their key deliverables.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and work to ensure risk management activities are consistent across internal stakeholder groups where possible.
• Share best practice approaches and ways of working across the team to help fast track the embedding of risk management and the uplift in risk management capabilities across the business.
• Contribute to the improvement and further development of risk, compliance and assurance policies, frameworks and procedures, and the methods for communicating and embedding those frameworks across the business.

Working closley with the General Manager, Public Policy & Advocacy, this role has a focus on our sustainable development goals and may work across policy areas as diverse as superannuation policy, regulation of investments and taxation settings, and thematics as broad as Climate Change and Net Zero transition, clean and affordable energy, agriculture, social and affordable housing, decent work, gender equity and social and economic inequality

• Develop and maintain public policy positions that enhance member investment returns, working collaboratively with senior leaders and subject-matter experts across Rest.
• Prepare high-quality submissions, policy documents, white papers, and briefings on issues important to Rest and its members.
• Support the development of policy advocacy strategies to further Rest members' best financial interests, including engagement with government and industry stakeholders.
• Provide advisory and consulting support across Rest Investments to assist in the creation, application, and development of policy positions.
• Work collaboratively with various teams, including Communications and Community, Responsible Investments & Sustainability, and investment asset class teams, on policy-related responses to stakeholder enquiries.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of policy positions held by key stakeholders and industry bodies.
• Support advocacy strategies for policies associated with Rest's prioritised Sustainable Development Goals, including Gender Equality, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Reduced Inequalities, and Climate Action.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our APAC Customer Success team.  Reporting to the Customer Success Director - APAC, as CSM you're responsible for building strong relationships, driving adoption & value realisation, and ensuring retention and growth across a portfolio of IntelligenceBank customers. Your performance is measured by customer retention rate, net revenue retention, revenue expansion and NPS scores.

This hybrid role is based in Melbourne with 2-3 days per week in the office. 

As Customer Success Manager, you will:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the IntelligenceBank platform and its capabilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of upsell and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio

• Achieve a set target with core performance KPIs that support growth and retention

• Become the trusted advisor to a portfolio of IntelligenceBank’s customers

• Work with customers to define success, ensure adoption, retention, and expansion

• Continuously and repeatedly provide value to customers by being a source of best practices and ensuring they get the most value out of the IntelligenceBank platform

• Develop and execute on Account/Customer Success plans in keeping with account tier expectations

• Regularly engage with each customer on strategic and operations reviews

• Keep customers up to date with new and soon to be released features and enhancements most relevant to them

• Oversee customer’s Helpdesk/Support tickets and support if escalation is required

• Maintain accurate and up to date notes, contacts, opportunities, and activities against all assigned accounts in Salesforce

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the IntelligenceBank product team to represent the customer’s feedback accurately and advocate for their needs

• Identify new ways to improve our internal processes
