We're looking for a passionate and skilled PR and Events Executive to support our Head of PR and manage a diverse range of responsibilities. You will be enhancing our brand profile, managing media relations, and orchestrating memorable events. What you can expect:

• Provide strategic support to the Head of PR 
• Oversee the development and execution of new product launches and press office functions
• Collaborate with the Local Area Marketing team to boost the visibility of our restaurants, partnership and sponsorships
• Coordinate and manage consumer events (e.g sponsorship activations, menu launches) and internal events (e.g Annual Summits, CSR activities, team engagement events)
• Handle end to end management of national and state-based partnerships, including contract negotiation, stakeholder management, runsheet development, and activation coordination
• Manage and grow our media influencer relationships, including recruitment for the GYG VIP program
• Assist in creating media materials such as press releases, pitches, and content for GYG's owned channels including blogs and the website
• Develop and implement communication strategies in partnership with Head of PR
• Provide regular media monitoring reports and updates for the GYG network

• Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Professional communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Outstanding verbal and written communications kills

The salary banding for this role is $70K - $80K per annum. 

In this highly autonomous role, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for TOMRA’s Digital Ecosystem across the 5 states we operate in, including the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day digital marketing activities, with the exception of Social Media.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, some of you key responsibilities will include;

• Managing the digital marketing calendar and digital marketing budget.
• Managing an monitoring TOMRA’s SEO program.
• Monitoring Google Analytics and other key digital metrics.
• Ensuring that web content is up to date, including, the myTOMRA website & Google Maps listings.
• Supporting the broader marketing team with social media content & management.
• Collating content, building and sending all eDM communications.
• Liaising with key stakeholders at the relevant state-specific scheme coordinators.

As an  Account Executive you will  assist the sales team, including the Sales Manager, with quality office support. This will include processing and managing the placement of media bookings, generating reports and other associated administrative work.

You will respond to client requests, and meet and greet with clients at relevant sales functions. You will also be the first point of contact for viewers, responding to email and telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Day to day you will:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and clients
• Work with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, as well as from current and lapsed client lists
• Accurately set up accounts and process advertising bookings
• Manage and deliver campaigns as well as perform administrative project work
• Provide effective, timely and accurate responses to client and viewer enquiries
• Generate and analyse relevant insights and research

• Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are established and monitored to meet Brand Standard guidelines and maintained. 
• Design and produce creative and innovative menus ensuring adherence to brand specifications and standards
• To supervise the function of all kitchen talents, facilities and costs, hence contributes to maximizing the overall food & beverage department profit.
• To co-ordinate an effective and efficient payroll management / resource allocation by establishing a flexible work force throughout the division, based on the principles of multi-skilling and multi-tasking.
• To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and identify existing skills and potential, ensuring development of kitchen team members.
• To handle guest and heartist enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• To be responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the kitchen as a whole.
• Ensures that health, hygiene and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures.
