Key Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organize and oversee advertising campaigns (Meta, IG, X Tiktok, and etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Write copy for various marketing materials (brochures, press releases, website content, and etc.) and provide Korean translations.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media channels.

Job Description

This position is accountable for the Partner-driven sales success of the region. The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed budgeted sales revenues in each financial year.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•         Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual financial targets (sales quota).

•         Required to participate in the creation of the channel & partner business plan for assigned territory.

•         Selling of software licenses – net new/installed base with designated territory partners’ sales / pre-sales teams.

•         Recruit and develop new Channel Partners

•         Work with and build on the current Channel Network to drive partners in software license deals.

•         Help partners to develop their IFS delivery and solution practice to add certified consulting delivery strength in the region for IFS customers and prospects

•         Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales activities in the allocated territory; including setting sales strategies & policies; control of the business partners; achievement of agreed sales volumes; and the development of future sales plans. 

•         Responsible for handling escalated partner complaints.

•         Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise in the engagements

•         Provide leadership through evangelizing the benefits and opportunities of the IFS Partner Program in the market unit

•         Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior-level decision-makers of the partner organizations and their relevant customer and prospect accounts.

Reporting to VP Finance Pacific, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing Corporate Accounting and Tax in the Pacific Region. This role includes developing and implementing financial and operational strategies, as well as establishing and monitoring controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Accounting/Reporting: Oversee all Corporate Consolidation & Accounting for the AAPC Group, including IFRS technical aspects, financial accuracy for subsidiaries and foreign operations, Equity accounting, IFRS16 Lease accounting, hotel fee accuracy, impairment tests, month-end and year-end processes, ledger entries, intercompany reconciliations, and financial system improvements.
• Accounts Payable: Ensure processes of Accounts Payables through Shared Services, accurate coding and timely payment of invoices, and supervision of the recharges process.
• Tax: Ensure all statutory obligations (tax returns, GST, indirect taxes) for AAPC Limited and its subsidiaries and related entities in Australia are met, with accurate regulatory compliance, tax provision review, and tax planning oversight
• Planning: Develop financial and tax strategies while participating in the forecasting and budgeting process with the FP&A team.
• People: Develop and manage regional finance teams by recruiting and supporting career progression, while ensuring a smooth transition to the Shared Services model.
