Your new role Are you somebody who likes business partnering with a strong emphasis on the customer and an ability to offer solutions, provide challenge and navigate complex processes on behalf of senior leadership? If so, we have a newly created Head Of Finance Partnering supporting our Strategy and Transformation Office which will sit across our AusPac Finance, Change and Transformation functions. Interacting closely with key senior EMB and LT members you will be responsible for reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the AusPac modernisation and change program providing a view on benefits tracking (financial and non-financial), cost visibility and productivity insights. Strategically investing in modernisation drives a need to ensure accurate cost control and challenge as well as reporting on benefit realisation. You will play an integral role as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for the S&T Function and the Project Management Office (PMO). About you As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in a Finance Business Partner role with relevant qualifications (including CA/CPA). You will also demonstrate an ability to leading financial planning and analysis for large >100m transformation program / portfolio of change. We are seeking an energetic individual who provides best-practice advice, guidance, and recommendations to senior leaders across the organisation. You will have strong leadership, influencing and advocacy skills with an ability to deliver insights and tell a story using data. You'll also demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, and strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills supported by an ability to identify key issues and business drivers behind data.
