• We are seeking a grad / entry level, BI Reporting Analyst who specialises in Tableau to join our dynamic team to deliver and maintain robust, best in-class reporting solutions.

• In this Full-Time role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Manage the backlog of tasks and tickets
• Utilise Tableau visualisations to deliver simple yet compelling and interactive dashboards and insights
• Analyse data sets to address business problems and provide recommendations
• Troubleshoot bugs and queries at the visualisation layer and follow through to the database for resolution
• Communicate effectively across different stakeholders at various technical levels
• Work autonomously or as part of a team to deliver on common business goals
• Prioritise and balance key milestones and timelines across multiple projects and clients

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Specialise in Tableau, with Tableau Certifications advantageous
• Expertise in creating visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Competence in analysing data sets, quantitative analysis, data mining, predictive modelling and creating data visualisations and data-storytelling while maintaining a high level of data quality
• Proficiency in SQL, data prep, data modeling, scripting, and database management advantageous
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player
• Actively part of the Tableau Community
• Consumer or retail sales experience beneficial

About the role

Based in either our Perth or Melbourne Studio, we are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team. Guided by the Studio accountants and Group Finance team, you will help to ensure the accurate and timely entry of vendor invoices into the Accounts Payable ledger of the finance system, as well as assist with timesheet & Project Code administration in both our Australia and international business, which all use the same centralised accounting system (Microsoft D365). This role will be reporting to Studio Accountant & Group Finance Team.

Whilst this will have an initial focus on our Perth studio, as a full time role, it will include supporting other studios where assistance is required in both our Australian and in our overseas locations.

_Processing creditor invoices, ensuring correct approval authority is followed;

_Process and review employee expense claims in our expense management system;

_Process Corporate Amex and taxi accounts, where relevant for assigned locations;

_Set-up weekly payment runs for approval;

_Run ad-hoc creditor reports as required to review and verify vendor and project postings;

_Reconcile vendor account balances as required;

_Correspond with and attend to queries from creditors;

_Keeping creditor account details up to date in D365;

_Help assist with timely completion of studio timesheets (weekly studio reminders);

_Help provide project access requests for timesheets;

_Assist with project code set-up in D365;

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Pin Payments team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing underwriting our customer applications with a focus on analysis relevant to their Business Model, Credit Exposure and enhanced Financial Analysis.

This role is hands-on and highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with our key internal players (Business Development, Sales, Risk, Legal teams and Senior Management), and our high value merchants and partners.

• Evaluate business models and financial statements of prospective customers to determine our appetite to support their business

• Provide tailored credit risk recommendations that help manage our risk exposure while opening opportunities for growth

• Help manage our portfolio through developing and documenting an understanding of risk across industries and business models

• Ongoing development and refinement of our underwriting processes for assessing and onboarding customers
