In this role, you’ll have the chance to work with talented professionals who share your enthusiasm for the written word and creating impactful digital experiences. Your mission is to enhance our online presence through strategic content creation that drives engagement and conversions.

What you will do
- Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager to craft SEO-friendly written content, such as blogs, articles, and landing pages, to boost Humanforce’s visibility and ranking in Google search results.
- Partner with our SEO Specialist to implement the SEO strategy, focusing on both on-page and off-page initiatives to enhance our organic search rankings.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to pinpoint target keywords and optimise website content accordingly.
- Engage in link building initiatives to strengthen the backlink profile of Humanforce's websites.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, search engine algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
- Work with the wider marketing team to weave SEO strategies into our digital marketing efforts.
What you’ll need
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications/Journalism.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company (experience in other industries is also welcome!) or experience in an agency focusing on SEO copywriting and general SEO strategies for clients.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with essential aspects of content, technical, and on-page SEO strategies.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing principles and how SEO contributes to enhancing organic traffic and overall website performance.
- Comprehension of the distinctions between SEM and SEO, along with the unique contributions each makes to a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ideally, some experience crafting short-form content (like blogs) based on detailed briefs.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency using SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while being comfortable reaching out for assistance when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adeptness in conducting research and sourcing information (using Google, etc.).
- Results-oriented mindset.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Familiarity with the HR or workforce management software landscape is an awesome bonus but not mandatory.
