We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager – Motoring, to join our team on a fixed term Contract. 

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing solutions within the NRMA’s Roadside & Motoring portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the annual marketing plan to increase demand and lead generation for NRMA Batteries and other motoring & roadside products as required (including membership upsell) and driving value and prioritising effective campaign execution. 

In this role you will: 

• Develop and oversee the end-to end marketing campaigns across all relevant media channels for batteries and other roadside/motoring products  
• Build in effective communications strategies that enhances the NRMA brand in the market and exceeds acquisition targets whilst lowering the cost to acquire 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and test compelling product propositions, offers and channel mix as part of product proposition 
• Work effectively to achieve acquisition & retention targets 
• Develop marketing metrics for best practice and campaign optimisation 
• Develop briefs and management of campaigns to our associated media and creative agencies 
• Manage the product portfolio communications platform across media, communications and creative. 
• Work closely with the Digital and Content teams to implement marketing plans to drive leads into the funnel 
• Using data analytics and test and learn methodologies across media and owned channels to help direct future campaigns 
• Monitor and implement competitor marketing activity and best-practice examples from other categories locally and from overseas 
• Provide timely post-campaign analysis and reporting, ensuring campaign learnings are actively applied to future activities to maximise marketing return on investment 
• Maintain spend within batteries and other motoring products budget for annual business planning approval

Your new role:

The nursing manager will work closely with our business manager, hospital manager and customer relationship manager, as well as our talented specialist and referral veterinary team, ensuring that our hospital is performing optimally while providing a healthy and caring workplace with patient centered care to pets and their people in a collegiate and ethically driven environment. 

We are looking for a veterinary nurse or veterinary technician with extensive clinical experience, strong and proven team management and leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate a team of veterinary nurses and technicians. You will help us cultivate a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about the continuous development and improvement of ARH Brisbane.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Full time role managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, overseeing nursing care and client services four days a week (with availability across a seven-day roster)
• Veterinary nurse training and development, including encouraging improvement and participation in continuing education
• Building and fostering a healthy, positive team culture
• Communicating the needs and wellbeing of the nursing team to the remainder of the management team
• Workforce planning including rosters and recruitment
• Administrative tasks including inventory management

What we would expect from you:

• Scientific PhD, Pharmacy, Medical qualifications or related degree
• At least 3 - 5 years in medical affairs and related roles within pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in medical compliance such as Medicines Australia, PHRMA or EFPIA codes, and related jurisdictional regulations and guidelines.
• Previous experience in haematology, immunology or plasma fractionation desirable.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office suite; conversant with key sites on Internet; conversant with key medical databases and able to implement basic search strategies
• Flexible and adapts well to change.
• Keeps up to date with the new data and changing healthcare environment.
