• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to track revenue growth, ROI, and customer acquisition contributions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring digital efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
• Lead and mentor the Content & Optimisation Manager, Media Manager, and Data Analyst to achieve team and individual objectives.
• Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Membership Manager to deliver unified customer engagement strategies.
• Establish and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism or hospitality sectors
• Proven track record in delivering digital campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Expertise in SEO, content marketing, programmatic media, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, LookerStudio), CRM systems (Braze), and CMS platforms (Contentful).
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of paid media strategy, including SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms and their application in driving customer engagement.

The Role:

As a Senior Marketing & Digital Analyst you will lead the evolution of how we use data to drive outcomes in lead generation and engagement, sitting at the intersection of data science and customers’ digital journey enhancement. 

You’ll be working directly with the marketing team and digital team, bringing your expertise and knowledge in how we might improve our capability in realizing the opportunities in our (big) digital data to improve lead volumes, lead quality, and lead conversion. 

This is a role focused on using data we have already built, and will involve working across our growth functions, including partnering with: 

• Marketing to uplift our analytical support for campaigns and targeting 

• Digital and Customer Engagement teams to make sure we’re helping customers through their insurance journey as business-owners. 

• Tech teams to orchestrate and integrate model outputs into our platforms. 

Day to Day responsibilities:

• Lead the application of data modelling within marketing and digital domains to support actionable strategies. 

• Working with Marketing to optimise acquisition and conversion to key growth and value metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value, CAC, and market share. 

• Identify and customise customer segments to boost engagement and conversion and assist our marketing and digital teams with audience management & activation and journey design. 

• Enable rigorous A/B testing to optimize campaigns, landing pages and activation strategies, ensuring statistical validity and recommending improvements and opportunities.

What do I need to be successful?  (technical and inter-personal):

You are:

• 2 years of working with Marketing teams on Above-the-line digital lead acquisition. 

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. 

• Experience with digital data sets including Google Analytics, as well as Paid Search & PPC data and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Instagram, etc. 

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in an applied-statistics field (Business, Psychology, Finance/Actuarial, Business Analytics, etc.). 

• A strong documentation ethic with clear & concise business writing skills. 

Bonus points if you have any of:

• Practical experience with campaign bid strategy automation. 
• Insurance industry and product experience. 
• Exposure to marketing mix, segmentation, and multi touch attribution models 
• Visualization skills in PowerBI, Tableau or similar.

The Finance Manager South Asia will lead the Australia finance team with full responsibility for the financial stewardship of the accounting, financial operations and financial controls over the legal entities in Australia and New Zealand, including production of the financial reports, maintenance of the accounting records, controls and budgets in order to ensure that the reported results comply with company policies and international financial reporting standards.

Responsible to clear aged balance sheet items on a timely basis, including but not limited to consistent reviews of program-related accounts. Ad hoc reporting such as Treasury (Bonds & Guarantees, Hedging, FX, and Cash Pooling), IFRS disclosures & analyses, Tax and Compliance.  Ensure compliance with all internal accounting policies and all relevant external accounting standards. 
• Business partnering: Understanding and reporting of financial information, including working capital, cashflows, order intake, revenues and margins; communication and presentation of the financial information to Smiths Detection management and stakeholders. 
• Working capital: Drive working capital improvement (overdue reduction, inventory and AP).
• Management reporting: Produce timely and accurate monthly management reports for division and reports as needed locally to ensure functions are provided with quality navigation, forecasting and business planning tools and procedures that focus on decision making to maximise revenue, profit and cash and to enable cost centre analysis.

The Position:
