What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, technology, or a related industry.

We are looking for a Technology Risk Manager to join our dynamic technology Risk team and to, champion our risk uplift and support the business.

What is this role about?

The Manager, Technology Risk is responsible for embedding technology risk management frameworks (including cross-divisional monitoring) and day-to-day risk management across Cuscal and within the Technology (ETS) function. 

The role is essential for ensuring technology risks are effectively identified, assessed, managed and monitored within ETS but also across Cuscal.

• Develop and Enhance Risk Frameworks: Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of Cuscal-wide technology risk frameworks, policies, and procedures. 
• Embed Risk Practices: Work collaboratively with product domains and corporate functions to embed technology risk management practices into everyday activities, embed controls, and monitor/report on issues.  
• Risk Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board, highlighting key risk areas and recommendations. 
• Focus on AI and Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and other emerging technologies to proactively identify potential risks. Support Cuscal teams in rapidly adopting new technologies in a safe and controlled manner.  
• Controls Automation: Drive initiatives to automate technology risk & controls monitoring processes using advanced tools and technologies. 
• Innovation Advocacy: Promote a culture of innovation in risk management practices, encouraging the adoption of new approaches and technologies. 

We are looking for a talented Programs Manager to join our Asia Pacific team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing regional people programs and initiatives that make a real difference, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Some of your key responsibilities include: 

• Lead Regional rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey including the development of engagement programs to enhance overall employee experience across Asia Pacific.
• In partnership with the Regional Director, People & Performance, Asia Pacific, execute the Asia Pacific annual Professional Development and Succession Planning process.
• Develop and execute regional people programs across Asia Pacific
• Ensure timely and accurate metrics are gathered and produced to proactively diagnose and address people and operational related trends, while assessing the competitiveness of people programs.
• In partnership with the Global team and external vendors, manage regional involvement with global contracts, ensuring seamless operations and providing strategic direction based on regional priorities and feedback.
• Continuously identify and implement new processes, technologies, and workflows that add value to the business.
• Partnering with the APAC ESG Taskforce lead, promote and guide social impact strategies.
• Support Regional Director with preparation for Executive presentations, information collation & analysis.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced sales professional, who is open to learning about our sales methods and processes to ensure we are selecting the right franchise partners for Success Tutoring. You will be guided by our founder and sales team in the sales process, strategy and plan moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Process Management: Manage the franchise sales process (we have a very detailed training program that we take you through) from initial inquiry to the final agreement signing. This includes having initial phone calls, video calls and face to face sessions with prospects.

Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

Hosting Events: Hosting physical events for locals to explain the Success Tutoring franchise method which is taking the world by storm!

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and franchise partner communications.

Collaboration: Work closely with the executive and marketing team (based in Sydney) to develop effective sales and promotional materials.

NOTE: We have a very strong marketing team which will completely book your calendar with prospects that are interested in purchasing a Success Tutoring franchise. Your role will be to follow the sales process we have provided and filter candidates.

Base of 110k p.a + SUPER + 5k commission per franchise sold
