This role is accountable for supporting customers through claims lodgement and information gathering in order to assess claims. The Claims Service Consultant will also assess low complexity claims as well as assessing and initiating appropriate support options tailored to the customer’s needs where appropriate. 

This role is integral to this is quality and service standards which ensure the functions are meeting TAL’s Customer and Claims requirements.

Responsibilities / Tasks

The Co-ordinator requires strong collaborative skills and the ability to work globally with colleagues to discuss the team's service and parts offers and highlight key sales service benefits to customers who have recently invested in new GEA equipment. • Pricing: especially with new products this can prove an uneasy activity if not handled structurally and combined with the fact that there is a significant amount of subjectivity.
