The Guest Service Agents are the first and last impression at the hotel. The position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service is provided to guests at all times, making guests feel both welcome and comfortable. Secondary to this, the role is responsible for ensuring the front office premises are safe, clean and comfortable for guests.

Key duties include:

• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
• Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and features
• Check guests in and out of the Hotel
• Handle guest enquiries and provide information and assistance
• Collect payment of accounts and issue invoices accordingly
• Communicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is communicated between departments
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests

• Minimum 2 years previous experience with a direct contribution in Support and/or Customer-facing processes and tools like; a ticketing system, in-app chat, shift handover, on-call coverage, service level agreements, escalation process, and incident response
• Experience working with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations
• Software development exposure/troubleshooting experience in one or more of our supported languages (JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift)
• A good understanding of how web applications and mobile apps are built and work
• Confidence with common UNIX-like command-line tools
• A track record of getting things done in an environment that combines collaboration and individual responsibility
• Ability to read server logs and process them to aggregate/analyze data
• An understanding of Agile processes or experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly explain concepts and produce example code that complements the explanation

The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our clients’ campaigns.

You will be managing client relationships and guaranteeing successful customer campaign delivery by providing answers to key business questions around promotional activities, category, range, and overall retail strategy. You will act as a ‘maestro’, prioritizing our campaign pipeline, defining KPIs to track, supervising our team of consultants and data reviewers, and delivering actionable insights based on data collected by our crowd.

You will play a central role in our Go-To-Market team, guaranteeing you exposure to our most strategic topics and will be working hand in hand with the sales, community management and tech teams.

Essential Functions

 As part of your daily duties, you will oversee our clients’ campaigns from start to end. This includes:

• Client management: manage your own portfolio of clients; build and maintain positive working relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Analytics and Insight generation: able to answer clients' strategic questions based on the data captured by our crowd, including both defining the way we collect the data and performing the analytical work required to extract and storyline valuable insights for top tier FMCGs and retailers.
• Project management and delivery: able to juggle multiple complex project requirements to positively impact the P&L of each campaign. You will be monitoring campaign progress and results and take appropriate actions to meet client deliverables and deadlines Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with the operations team to deliver exceptional results. By maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in our data, you will play a crucial role in maximizing client satisfaction and demonstrating the full capabilities of Wiser.
