Our Client is a major apartment & commercial specialist who have been in operation for over 10 years. They have been growing steadily and continue to do so even with challenging market conditions. They currently turnover north of $500M annually with that figure growing steadily.
A recent promotion means they are now in the market for a high-achieving and organised Defects, Service & Warranty Coordinator in the post-construction/service team. The role is the communication point for all recent apartment purchasers and commercial Clients during the defect liability period (DLP) should they have any issues/defects or warranty concerns.
