About the role

The role of the Customer Success Specialist is to engage, empower, and excite our community of crimefighters. As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure both retailers and police, who make up our crimefighter community, have great experiences and achieve real crime reduction outcomes from using our platform.

Through being deeply tactical and using relational engagement you’ll empower our Auror user community to help them derive value from the platform. You do this by building strong relationships with Loss Prevention teams and Loss Prevention leaders, understanding the value Auror can bring to our customers. You will be embedding Auror across stores in Australia’s largest retailers, telling stories through insights and outcomes,  and ensuring they are achieving real outcomes and success in line with the success plan. 

Your responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with store teams and Loss Prevention leaders, partnering with them to support their team's reporting, use and overall success of Auror
• Proactively identifying areas of opportunity to ensure our customers are engaged with Auror, contributing to the creation of engagement plans, ultimately helping them reduce crime and increase safety in their stores
• Reviewing customer usage in the platform, understanding how they are utilising the platform, surfacing wins & outcomes, and then effectively communicating this back to the customer to drive meaningful outcomes
• Training and presenting to large groups of users, and stakeholders remotely or in-person

As one of our Customer Success Specialists, you will have the following skills:

• Previous experience in customer success/customer-facing roles.

• Salary range: Depending on the level of experience a hiring salary range of $70,000 - $93,000 AUD (IC2)

Your Role & Team

Super exciting times for us here at CreditorWatch as we continue to scale our awesome CX team – with that comes a newly created Customer Success Specialist role. This roles sits within our Customer Experience Group and is the driving force behind CreditorWatch, connecting our clients to the heart of our organisation.

This is a true Customer Success role where you’ll be focusing on identifying, supporting and delivering engaging customer experiences across CreditorWatch’s product suite. It’s a phone based retention and acquisition role – including and not limited to onboarding new clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients and providing adoption and product utilisation support. Please note you will work closely with our Corporate and Key Account Clients.

To support you, some of your key stakeholders will include Customer Service, Data and Insights, Product Implementation and System owners to ensure that you have the tools you need to make an impact.

This role reports directly into our Manager, Customer Success. It is a hybrid working model and our office is Melbourne CBD Based.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Proactive, hands-on phone-based account management support; engaging with clients to help them realise value in our products.
• Deliver on-client retention and adoption targets.
• Understand the metrics that matter from the business and clients perspectives; solving problems to continuously improve outcomes delivered.
• Ongoing development and implementation of strategies to improve individual & team performance issues.
• The capturing and qualifying of leads, both for your own pipeline and to pass on to other sales teams.
• Account set up and onboarding of new corporate and key account clients.

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years prior Customer Success experience within a Tech or SaaS business.

Are you commercially minded and have strong communication, objection handling and problem-solving skills? If so, these will set you apart and you’ll be well on your way to driving high levels of client satisfaction.Those that thrive in this role will be able to take a holistic approach with our clients – finding gaps and opportunities in turn providing unique and creative solutions to drive high levels of retention whilst limiting churn.

Finally, you’ll be tech-savvy and love utilising tools and systems to help you in your day to day. Bonus points for Salesforce users

The Role

We have an exciting opportunities for L2 Service Desk and Onsite Engineers to join our Melbourne and Sydney Teams! 

The Melbourne role will be based in Abbotsford and will also require travel between customer sites which are both located within Metro and regional VIC as well as phone based support work within our Abbotsford office.

The Sydney role will be based in Alexandria and will also require travel between customer sites which are both located within Metro and regional NSW as well as phone based support work within our Alexandria office. 

The successful candidates will have previous MSP experience and provide Onsite and remote Incident resolution and fulfilment of onsite desktop activities and ensure the smooth operation of IT services for our customers.

Duties include assisting remote resolver teams with activities that require physical presence, creating knowledgebase articles and process documents, reducing the volume of incidents by identifying and eliminating root cause through pro-active problem management process.  

You will also assist the projects team with deployment of new infrastructure (desk and server side) and acting as the key technical representative of bA managed services. Setup new PC’s, phones, and mobile devices as per customers' existing documented processes and carry out the Software installation of preapproved desk side software.  

2+ years of experience working within a Service Desk or Field Services role.  

Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure with some experience including networking technologies such as routers and switches (switching, routing, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Radius, VPN).  

2+ years Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and group policy experience  

2+ years experience working with a ticket management system.  

Qualifications

A valid Driver's Licence and your own transport

IT degree or Diploma

Valid Microsoft

VMWare, CISCO and ITIL certification desired but not essential.
