Sodexo is a leading provider of operations, maintenance, and refurbishment services for non-process infrastructure to clients in the mining and oil & gas sectors across Western Australia. We currently have three Customer Service Representative positions available in our Command Centre Team, based in our Balcatta office, WA. The primary responsibility of these roles is to offer information, advice, and troubleshooting support for site residents, following established processes.

Available Positions:
We are looking for applicants interested in both full-time permanent and contract opportunities. The available positions are:

• 1 Full-Time, Permanent Customer Service Representative
• 2 Three-Month Contract Customer Service Representatives

Shift Pattern:
Customer Service Representatives work on a rotating roster with start times beginning as early as 5 am, with staggered shifts across the team, and finishing by 9 pm. The Command Centre operates 24/7, 365 days a year, so successful candidates must be flexible and available to work alternate weekends. The shift pattern is as follows:

• Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (4 x 10-hour shifts)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday (5 x 8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of incoming calls in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and managing expectations
• Triaging and processing service requests via digital channels, generating work orders for site action
• Coordinate with internal Sodexo teams and third-party vendors to schedule works and address escalations
• Handle critical and priority requests with urgency and efficiency
• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to overall team success
• Provide reporting and general administrative support as required

What You’ll Need:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using Customer Request Management (CRM) systems
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
• Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential

As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development, working with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values, and leadership.

• Regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual  

• Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales.

• Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.  

• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Experian Software Solutions team.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

• Experience in program/project planning/PMO processes
• 5+ years of experience with project delivery in large and complex organisations with extensive Project Management experience, including knowledge of managing major, cross divisional projects
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple stakeholder groups ranging from senior business and technology stakeholders to product owners / delivery leads

• Iterate quickly on product features and design to achieve Product-Market Fit, testing and refining the product based on customer feedback.
• Continuously improve the product, incorporating insights from customer usage, market trends, and competitor analysis to optimize the market fit.

• Ensure regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, iterations, and strategic decisions.

In this role you will be responsible for the credit performance of Shift’s Trade product against predefined KPIs.  The role encompasses owning credit decisioning models, portfolio management and monitoring the end-to-end operational performance of the business for factors that influence the credit performance of the product portfolio. 

• Own the credit performance of Shift’s Trade product from origination through to recovery ensuring the portfolio grows in line with Shift’s expectations of credit loss. This will involve taking ownership of origination models, customer account monitoring and analysis for of platform and processes for factors that are influencing credit performance. 

• Provide recommendations for changes to the models, credit policy and underwriting guidelines.  

• Serve as a member of the Trade management team, responsible for reporting on the credit performance and its influencing factors to the broader group  

• Ensure portfolio is optimised by ensuring exposure to low risk grade customers is increase whilst reduced to those that deteriorate .
