We are looking for a motivated and hands-on clinical expert with excellent leadership and communication skills to pursue a career opportunity with Catholic Healthcare. As our new Care Manager, you will act as the clinical lead to ensure delivery of quality clinical and person first care for our residents.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Demonstrated work experience as a Clinical Care Manager 
• Extensive knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care home
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment
• Willingness to provide evidence of Covid Vaccination

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our regional branch in Darwin as an Account Manager. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with the broader branch team (sales, customer service and operations) colleagues to ensure product and service delivery for our valued customers. Working predominantly in the field, this will see you:

• executing customer call planning cycles;
• developing and implement market plans and strategies;
• working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to fulfil customer needs;
• growing new client base with proactive selling; and
• monitoring customer activity and market conditions for further opportunities and/ or risks.

You will look after a geographic territory that encompasses Darwin and Regional NT. This will require infrequent and short overnight travel depending on how you plan your call and visit cycle.

More About You

We welcome applications from a variety of sales and/or account management backgrounds. It is your proven success in a business-to-business external sales environment that will see you succeed in this role. As an experienced professional you can demonstrate:

• an understanding of ERP systems & software tools for design and project management.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The Shift Manager is responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade and motivating and engaging the team on shift, by championing our food safety and food quality standards. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training and proactively improving guest experience.

We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is;

• Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environment
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
