About the Role!
An experienced QBCC Licenced Site Manager in volume building. A full-time role to join our Construction Teams at our flagship Gold Coast Resort. The Residential role would suit someone who has worked on town houses or similar. The teams are seasoned and understand their roles at the site, we are looking for two site managers to split the site and work in unison, we are looking for someone to walk in and give them direction, keep the quality to a high standard and ensure they are running to schedule. At GemLife this is one of many resorts that we are currently in construction for, plus have many more that we will be starting construction in our long pipeline of work.
