We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Training Officer to join our team on site at Horsley Park. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing ,developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance  specifically with competency in Health and Safety, Quality and operations.

 Specifically you will:

• Be responsible for the overall co-coordination of the Training system for the PCM division,
• Ensure all Pact, Contractor and visitor induction is current and managed through onLocation software for the division.
• Ensure all PCM sites have site orientation completed for all personnel as per the training matrix.
• Create training and competency assessment material in the designated format and database.
• Deliver training and conduct assessments on all sites as needed,
• Maintain training programs, matrix & schedules which include all external training, Pact Safe, site specific and job specific procedures.
• Ensuring all personnel are identified and a training gap analysis is completed,
• Co-ordinate all external training,
• Liaise with other personnel conducting training and assessing,
• Ensure all training is captured and filed electronically as per site specific requirements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our finance team. This role provides flexibility within the Finance Department by supporting various financial functions, including but not limited to, processing credit applications, invoicing, debt collection, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, general cashiering duties and payroll duties.

As an integral member of our team, the Finance Officer will ensure accurate financial transactions and timely reporting to support the hotel’s operations.

Keys duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting with weekly payroll processes, from processing, reviewing and submitting for payment, to management and statutory reporting.
• Supporting the month-end closing process by preparing account reconciliations and assisting with journal entries.

• Helping manage daily cash receipts, including reconciling cash, cheques, and foreign currency transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of cash floats and assisting with monthly cash audits.
• Assisting with invoicing, debt collection, and follow-ups as needed.
• Providing general support to the Finance team with ad hoc tasks and compliance requirements.

In this role, you will report directly to the Maintenance Coordinator and play a crucial part in maintenance works and services to be delivered to multiple contractors.

This position can either be residential on a 5:2 roster, working Monday to Friday 10 hours per day for local candidates to Nhulunbuy, housing is provided.

Or you can also FIFO on a 14&7 – 10hours roster from Cairns, Brisbane or Darwin.

Your responsibilities:

• Administer work orders using maintenance system, supporting contractors, ensuring all maintenance, both planned and reactive, is issued accurately to the relevant contractors.
• Update maintenance system to keep all work orders updated and progressing with a focus on overdue and outstanding items.
• Assist with preparing weekly, monthly updates and notes for client meeting including sub-contractor performance and overdue escalations.
• Utilize maintenance system to review trade workload and schedules, reallocating works orders as required.
• Support Maintenance Coordinator and perform other administrative or maintenance related duties to ensure all services are delivered.
• Assist with the preparation of preventive maintenance plans, managing and adapting these as required via the maintenance system.
• Report generation – ability to gather information, process and provide accurate information on accrual reports, work order reports, and overdue/outstanding JOB reports.
• Engage with contractors throughout the day to ensure they are aware of critical works and are working to complete open JOBS.
• Engage with tenants regarding Maintenance requests and services.
