About the role:
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of customer requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and the coordination of internal teams to achieve performance objectives and enhance processes.

Other responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain strong customer/partner relationships to enhance customer satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with CDC teams, harnessing their expertise when needed.
• Strengthen CDC's ties with key customers, their on-site teams, and their clients.
• Support contract delivery by meeting specified KPIs.
• Generate, refine, and furnish client reports while ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Review and prepare client reports for external distribution and assist clients in comprehending and addressing queries.
• Organise and oversee client monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other compliance activities.
• Coordinate managed services projects, including obtaining quotations from partners/suppliers and ensuring high-quality project delivery with client sign-off.
• Promptly address all client inquiries, ranging from operational concerns to project quote/proposal sourcing.
• Develop company policies and procedures to streamline the fulfillment of major customer requirements. 

About you: 

• Proven experience within an Account Management, Service Delivery capacity, (with an exposure to Government/ Defence being desirable)
• Demonstrated expertise in managing services for larger scale clients.
• Proficiency in contract management, SLA reporting, problem-solving, and client relationship building.
• Work effectively with delivery leads to ensure consistent and clear communication on existing projects.
• Achieve client satisfaction, retention and growth targets as per account plan
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets and source code management.

Essential:

• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.

About the Role

This role will consist of selling an extensive range of materials to support Food and Beverage Industry. A sound knowledge of functional ingredients to support an already established portfolio. You will be well supported as part of a dynamic team with access to a comprehensive operating system.

• Sourcing target properties and prepare business plans
• Tendering for the building, renovation work and repairs
• Coordinating teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure cost effective delivery
• Communicate with all stakeholders and authorities, resolving issues, and coordinating various tasks as required for the successful management of projects

About You:

• Demonstrated, recent experience managing and delivering commercial building projects
• Experience managing and coordinating planning proposals, master planning, feasibility, DA approvals, conservation management plans, business case and consultant management
• Excellent established communication and people skills, including team management, negotiation and conflict resolution, and experience in managing effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods
• Demonstrated experience managing safety, regulatory and security aspects in residential and commercial building projects
• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline such as Building/Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering
• Current drivers’ license

About the Role (your why)

The Capacity/Availability Manager is responsible for the operation and improvement the Capacity and Availability Management process so that managed services and infrastructure can deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.

The Capacity/Availability Manager acts as the central point for all capacity and performance related activities between the customer, operational and project teams to is to act as the process subject matter expert ensuring systems have sufficient capacity to deliver client business needs without waste.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. What you’ll do

At the moment, as Capacity/Availability Manager you will be focused on:

• Defines and implements Capacity/Availability Management policies, processes, tools and procedures
• Work with customers to obtain and understand demand requirements and patterns of business activity
• Manage an ongoing program with the client and delivery teams to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Identify efficiencies that can be implemented to reduce the cost of delivering services without compromising the quality-of-service levels
• Monitor and track delivery of services against relevant SLA’s.
• Build strong relationships and develop a sound understanding of the client’s business needs, demand requirements and patterns of business activity
• Escalate risks discovered in, or affecting, the Capacity/Availability Management service

• End to end ownership and management of internal and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• Previous experience working as a Capacity/Availability Manager within a large complex multi-vendor environment

• Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment
• Broad understanding of technical concepts and frameworks

Nice to have:

• Ideally prior experience as a Capacity/Availability Manager in an IT Managed Services environment
