About the role

The Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Core Operations team is a centralised function established to oversee, optimise and execute various operational processes and platform access controls previously scattered across the Mobility organisation. The team, which sits within the Earner & Regulatory Ops vertical, plays a crucial role in ensuring that all driver-partners on the platform are compliant with ridesharing regulations and other requirements.

You will be responsible for ensuring that critical processes are operating effectively and fully aligned with local regulations in the markets in which Uber ANZ operates, and for identifying and operationalising ways to improve outcomes for Uber, our driver-partners, and local regulators. Duties:
· Overall lead in design management

· Oversight to Senior Project Engineers managing sections of works – sub

· Liaise with design engineers on design & buildability when elevated to Project Manager
· Lead as required Liaising with relevant parties to ensure project standard is being meet.
· Oversee preparation of progress control plans (flow charts , inspection test plans & permanent records ) relating to drawings & Auditing
· Liaise with clients such as MRPV, local councils & utility companies as required, when elevated to Project Manager
· Oversee development of the site occupational health & safety manual and implement
· Oversight of submission of RFI's
· Oversee Manage and maintain cost controls, lookaheads and forecasting
· Program, Financial, KPI Reporting
· Oversee management of stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities:
· To ensure their scope is built to the correct standards as set out in the design
· To ensure the Budget for their scope is met
· To ensure client timeline is met
· To convey relevant information to stakeholders

Must Have
· Civil related degree
· Demonstrated history as Construction Project Manager on these types of jobs
· Right to work in Australia

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with multiple divisions within Toll, including the teams in Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Procurement, Operations and Business Divisions.
Negotiating and executing leasing plans in accordance with Group strategy.
Lead the task of analysing and recommending leasing plans for our Fleet and Helicopter divisions.
Maintaining an accurate leasing register.
Ensure dissemination of best practices and promotes exchange of experiences.

To ensure your success you will possess:

10 years + experience in connection with negotiating and executing leases in relation to Fleet and Helicopters.
Demonstrated experience coordinating several projects simultaneously.
Strong financial, business and commercial acumen, with strong analytical skills
Experience in building trusted relationships with senior corporate managers.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
