Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan menus (regularly introducing new dishes), estimate costs, and order supplies.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including Friday and Saturday nights.

Job Requirements
• Completed at least a Diploma of Hospitality in Australia
• At least two years’ work experience as a Chef in an Australian restaurant
• At least three years’ work experience in managing a restaurant or any food related business
• Thrives under pressure, great prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Experience in achieving business objectives in fast-paced culinary environments
• English language required
• Filipino language preferred and familiarity with other Filipino dialects is a plus
• Knowledge in Filipino cuisine

Role

La Piazza Australia is looking for an individual who can oversee the restaurant's kitchen by effectively managing other kitchen and food preparation team members whilst deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests' requests.

Responsibilities And Duties:
