The Client Administration team is responsible for ensuring accurate client cash flows details are reflected on SSGA internal systems, as well reviewing and releasing unit prices for the Trust Funds to clients. As part of the Investment Operations team, the Operations Associate is to provide accurate and timely operational support of day-to-day activities. Essential part of the role is to assist with implementation and reinforcement of the key controls within the team and providing broader assistance with daily deliverables across the team. In addition to daily responsibilities, the role also includes participation on various projects and process improvement activities.

What you will be responsible for

As Client Administration Officer, you will

• Extensive liaison with the business in order to provide accurate and timely daily operational support.

• Work with custodian and portfolio management teams to resolve any abnormal NAV performance

• Follow a Risk excellence framework by undertaking regular reviews of operational procedures and controls and adhering to the error reporting process

• Support a culture of effective challenge to evolve daily operational processes, recommend and implement changes and deliver continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as required

• Participate as required to any new business implementation projects

• Ensure all functional procedures are kept up to date.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing all residents and guests with a 5-star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services.
• Assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
• Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
• Database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries.
• Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
• Internal and External Patrolling.
• Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
• Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.

About the Role

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Learning Support Officers for a full time, fixed term contract position located at our Elizabeth East campus. This role will focus on support for secondary level students. The Learning Support Officer will work as an integral part of our Inclusive Education Department in a range of classroom and student support activities which contribute to the achievement of literacy and numeracy based outcomes of students in the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Work with classroom teachers to support the development of differentiated learning activities and assessments.
• Implement strategies and provide feedback to the Inclusive Education Coordinator and classroom teachers.
• Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as necessary.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Attend and participate in relevant professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of learning support practices.

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III or higher in Education Support or similar.
• Experience working with students who have additional learning needs.
• A passion for inspiring students to learn.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
