We are seeking a Program Director - Strategic Projects, based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. The purpose of this role is to strategically position AECOM in the successful appointment and delivery of major capital infrastructure programs.  To remain relevant and current in the market the role will also incorporate Program Director roles for business-critical programs across ANZ.

The role will devote efforts to activities which will provide visibility of project opportunities, assist, and advise AECOM to strategically secure key projects within the market.  The role will lead and mentor staff (formally and informally) within the program environment.  The role will be expected to contribute to the business and sales planning activities, in addition to assist and advise on growth opportunities and innovation.  The role as part of the ANZ Programme Management team will contribute to driving the growth of our program management business in all sectors and partnering with clients to transform the way they deliver major infrastructure programs.

• Lead the development of Program Management products in line with the Global methodologies to suit the ANZ market.
• Lead our Program Management service offerings to internal business units and our clients.
• Work collaboratively with ANZ Program Management Leads and the Regional Program Management groups leaders in designing and implementing the regional skills development process.
• Working within client teams as part of the client integrated program team and able to manage the preparation of detailed program reports as required by the client or by AECOM’ managers.

About the role
Due to ongoing success in the ACT market, we are expanding and are seeking a Customer Service Valet – Onsite Technical Support who will attend to the Konica Minolta printing equipment and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients based onsite in Canberra.

You will be fully trained to be responsible for:

• Maintaining and repairing print equipment on our client-based site to ensure a high standard of copy quality, equipment cleanliness and changing of consumables, in accordance with the agreed service levels.
• Providing face-to-face and occasional over the phone technical support to onsite clients while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Coordinating and performing basic fault-preventative servicing in relation to the printing equipment.
• Providing first-level response on equipment faults in line with Konica Minolta's customer service values/customer statement of work obligations and escalating specific technical equipment/software issues to Konica Minolta Helpdesk.
• Ensuring paper stock is managed to agreed levels, and filling paper trays.
• Consumables management – ordering inventory and replacing toner
• Customer User Training – providing scheduled or ad hoc training to Customer users in relation to the operation of the printer.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service, client management and troubleshooting skills
• IT network and software application related troubleshooting experience will be very highly regarded
• A desire to learn - Willingness to expand industry knowledge and skills on software and hardware via training
• Enjoy problem solving, working with your hands and resolving technical issues on a client and technical level
• Print industry and public service employment history or hands on experience in a client service or IT-related environment will also be highly regarded
• Someone who is mobile, comfortable working across multiple sites and has the ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

The Role

AHA has a small in-house IT team managing a range of bespoke software solutions, which provide critical infrastructure and services across Australia.  They range from application registration and program management to securely importing and analysing millions of lines of data each month. 

We're looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join our small, dedicated team.  The team is business-aligned. We conduct COTS implementations, and design bespoke software solutions, including ongoing enhancements, for projects and clients.  

This position is for an early career Business Analyst of approximately three (3) years' experience.

As part of the team, you’ll:

• Elicit requirements from different technical and business stakeholders using a variety of techniques
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to guide and establish the technical vision
• Liaise between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Participate in the defect identification and rectification process, including providing advice and assistance to the Test team
• Develop and maintain documentation as required
• Work from home four days a week and in our Melbourne office with your team one day a week.

About you

• You’re a Business Analyst with approximately three (3) years’ experience in the industry
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams across all levels of business, technology, and external clients and vendors
• You're a self-starter: motivated and able to prioritise work with minimal oversight
• You’re able to work independently with users to define concepts as well as and under direction of the project manager
• You are able to create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
• You take ownership and accountability for outcomes
• You are extremely detailed oriented and able to define requirements to a highly detailed level.
