• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the field of Identity & Access Management
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices
• Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or similar
• Ability to architect, design, and implement IAM solutions
• Experience in integrating IAM solutions with other systems and applications
• Knowledge of identity provisioning, user lifecycle management, access request workflows, and role-based access control
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

AFCA is seeking interested Consumer and Industry Panel Members to support an Ombudsman in reaching a panel decision on complex financial complaints, particularly in relation to bank account transaction (e.g. scam) complaints and small business lending complaints. This involves providing expert services as part of a decision-making panel. Panels are made up of an Ombudsman, and one each of a Consumer and Industry expert of the relevant specialisation.

The Consumer and Industry panel members are appointed by the AFCA Board for a 3-year term to provide services as needed, on a casual basis. The decision-making commitment of a panel member will vary depending on the complexity of the complaint and the volume of complaints. This will be discussed for each panel engagement to ensure this works for you and AFCA.

Typically, you will:

• Have expertise in financial services disputes from either an industry or consumer background.
• Analyse complaints documentation (sometimes a significant volume), identify the core issues and provide an independent view based upon your experience and knowledge.
• Participate in, and prepare for, panels convened by AFCA to resolve disputes.
• Contribute to development and finalisation of written findings, such as determinations, as needed.

Major responsibilities will include:

• Successful management of contractors, consultants, and coordination
• Extensive liaison with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members
• Proactive implementation of preventative maintenance programs

As the Project Director for Customer Fitout delivery, you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving a high-performing, collaborative team culture to safely deliver highly specialised data centre fitout projects which includes Hyperscale, Colocation, Infrastructure Upgrades, capacity expansion projects across NEXTDC’s existing data centre portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Capital Works and assisting the Head of Site Development and Chief of Engineering & Design, the Project Director will have extensive experience in the construction of data centres or similar facilities, including a strong understanding of mission critical infrastructure, with a proven ability to safely deliver projects, on time, on budget, and to high quality, while achieving business case objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the technical team to design customised solutions that meet the customer's needs while aligning with the data centre’s capabilities and infrastructure requirements for the fitout including space allocation, power density, cooling needs, and security protocols, through regular communication and meetings
• Coordinate with Customer Stakeholders to establish strong working relationships with key customer representatives and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction by striving to exceed customer expectations by delivering a high-quality fitout that meets or surpasses their requirements and addressing any feedback or complaints promptly.
• Provide client-side oversight and direction to the project team, to achieve the end-to-end implementation of new data centre solutions, embedding a strong safety culture, and driving operational and business improvement initiatives.
• Lead and oversee development of pre-construction planning activities including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling and procurement, including the engagement and oversight of the Principal Contractor to undertake Early Contractor involvement processes 
• Undertake the role of Principal’s Representative for the building contracts, acting as day-to-day interface with construction-related consultants and contractors for decision-making and stakeholder communications to ensure effective contract management
• Development and execution of project strategy documents, including the project controls plan, procurement strategy, communications, change management, and risk management plans to align with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, write, and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
