Our Client is one of Melbourne's leading boutique client-side project management & development management consultancies. They work with leading developers across a multi-disciplinary project portfolio on projects ranging in value from $5M - $500M.
They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to add a capable Client-Side Project Manager/Assistant Development Manager to the team. The role will work across multiple market sectors (Commercial, Apartment & Institutional) assisting major Clients on projects ranging in value from $5M - $500M.
The role will get exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle taking each project from site acquisition through town planning, design development, builder appointment and then project delivery.
