Responsibilities:

Engage and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, team members, and external vendors, to ensure clear expectations, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the AI project lifecycle.
Identify potential project risks specific to AI projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
Oversee the execution of AI projects, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Proactively address any AI-specific issues or roadblocks that may hinder project success.
Ensure AI project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations. Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary, leveraging AI Talent's expertise.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among AI project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular AI project status updates, progress reports, and presentations.
Effectively manage changes in AI project scope, objectives, and priorities. Assess and communicate the impact of changes on project timelines, resources, and budgets within AI Talent.
Conduct comprehensive AI project evaluations upon completion to identify areas of improvement, best practices, and lessons learned specific to AI technologies. Share knowledge and implement process enhancements to optimize future AI project outcomes.
Mentor and coach AI project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within AI Talent. Provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to support individual and team development in the AI domain.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Must have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Senior ICT Project Manager, successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints, specifically in the AI domain.
Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices in AI projects.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams within AI Talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within AI Talent.
Solid understanding of risk management, change management, and quality assurance principles within the AI field.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address AI project-related challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple AI projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are highly desirable.

As a Wind Senior Construction Project Manager you will be required to plan and supervise a wide range of Wind construction projects from conception through to completion. You will manage factors including integration, scope, timelines, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement. Ensuring all procedures are completed in a timely and effective manner.

This role requires strong communication skills from Client to team and/or subcontractors and if required, stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to:-
Develop a cost – effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.

Coordinate work of subcontractors, engineers architects and key members of the project team.
Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within budget.
Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements.
Manages and achieves revenue goals set for projects.
Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.
Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on project and prepare progress reports regularly.
Minimise exposure and risk by implementing audit safety standards and quality assurance controls.
Obtain the appropriate permits and licences from authorities for construction sites.
Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations.
Train and provide feedback to construction workers and subcontractors.
Mange and Mitigate risks.
Delegate responsibilities.
Handle any environmental or local community issue that may come up during a project.
Arranging building Inspections by Local Authorities – when required.
Preparing tenders and contract bids.
Proactively identifies change in project scope and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
Ensure all deadlines are met.
Accurately forecast revenue, profitability and project costs.

Skills and competencies
Wind Farm Construction management experience essential 10 Years minimum.
BSc/BA Degree in Engineering, building science, Construction Management, or other related field.
PMP or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
Proven working experience in construction management or similar role.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Excellent knowledge of construction management processes.
Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects.
