They are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to drive the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions, including architecture, data models, and user interfaces.

The work location is Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop Pega BPM applications and design enterprise class structures and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
• Coordinate with QA teams for thorough application testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and maintain system security.
• Integrate Pega with business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
• Enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Proven experience with Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x/Infinity.
• Knowledge of J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in case management and Pega frameworks.
• Strong integration expertise with REST services in enterprise environments.
• Additional skills in Angular JS, JavaScript, and HTML5 are a plus.
