Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and observation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in IT systems and business process analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).

• Supporting Account Management team in day-to-day management of all key accounts
• Conducting digital store checks ensuring accurate and timely setup, pricing, placement and use of assets
• Maintaining up-to-date new release trackers for all key accounts
• Bundle creation
• Delivery / coordination / approval of trade marketing assets and submissions for accounts
• Assist with creation and sell in of product presentations, including quarterly sell-in decks
• Take screenshots and collate platform coverage support deck for all key releases and key promotions
• Supporting team on price promotions including building submissions, loading pricing information into studio systems and on all client specific platforms or forms, and promotional store checks
• Event & screening coordination support, including direct contact with key account contacts as required
• Capturing minutes and actions from account and internal meetings as required
• Copywriting for the International Distribution newsletter
• Other ad hoc coordination tasks for Account Management team as required
• Monitoring competitor and industry changes that affect sales activities, both directly and indirectly, and researching current market trends

THE ROLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR

THE WORLD OF is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects and agency operations.

The Project Coordinator will bring a passion for creativity, design, quality, and detail to the role, working closely with project teams, contributing to all stages of projects. This role will influence and become an integral part of the reputation of THE WORLD OF as an agency that is unrelenting in its commitment to original creative, design and detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the management and delivery of small-large scale projects for highly discerning global and local clients with creative, design and production standards that set new benchmarks within the market each time.
• Coordinate and manage the aspects of a project you are responsible for to ensure outcomes are delivered, producers are supported, and client expectations are surpassed.
• Maintain strong, professional, and effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to build positive relationships.
• Fostering client relationships throughout all stages of the project to ensure clients’ expectations are exceeded, and all deliverables are achieved.
• Manage project budgets to meet the profit targets and required financial outcomes.
• Support the creative, design and production deliverables and timelines to ensure the concept and design is executed to THE WORLD OF standard.
• Support in the research and development of client proposals including proposal documentation, budgeting, feasibility, and sourcing.
• Working collaboratively to support the Director, Creative Director and Head of Projects and Head of Production as needed.

We are looking for a Planning Analytics Developer to join our Finance function to help us accelerate the enhancement of financial reporting capabilities.

What is this role about?

In this newly created role, you will work within a dynamic finance team at the forefront of driving change, uplifiting our finance systems. You will develop Cuscal’s IBM Planning Analytics environment, including new projects and initiatives, ensuring system optimisation and availability. You’ll support and maintain existing IBM Planning Analytics models, (including changes & enhancements) and development, testing, implementation and change management of new functionality.

• Provide technical guidance regarding the IBM Planning Analytics environment development roadmap for Finance.
• Responsible for ongoing IBM Planning Analytics development to meet reporting requirements (including self-service/web reporting).
• Supporting the development and maintenance of relevant budgeting and rolling forecast processes in IBM Planning Analytics.
• Upskilling and training wider team on IBM Planning Analytics.
