The Role

This is an exciting senior role within our Product team, focused on serving our financial services clients in Australia and New Zealand. You will be integral in driving the team forward, being focused on exceeding client expectations in all forms of delivery, identifying and implementing research and operational best practice and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Presenting to clients ensuring presentations exceed expectations with regards to actionability, accuracy and timeliness
• Maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ strategic priorities and demonstrating this understanding in your dealings with clients
• Reviewing and providing feedback on the work of more junior members of the team, ensuring feedback is understood and acted upon, ensuring continual advancement in the quality of team output
• Executing on product or process initiatives that aim to enhance client experience, maximise efficiency and margin
• Identifying and executing upon opportunities to advance our product coverage in response to client needs and market dynamics
• Working closely with Senior Resourcing Manager to ensure resources are utilised effectively and forward planning is undertaken
• Working closely with Sales and Client Success teams in the acquisition of new clients and servicing of existing ones
• Identifying and implementing innovative research approaches and methodologies
• Cascading subject matter expertise through the analyst team and broader business
• Leading training sessions and implementing ongoing internal training programs and knowledge sharing
• Coaching and development of team members ensuring they are engaged and fulfilled in their careers at RFI.

• Experience in a research agency environment or research role.
• Experience working with banks / financial services providers.
• An ability to focus on client service above all else.
• Experience of using data and research to deliver actionable insights.
• Experience managing primary research from the design stage through delivery.
• Experience managing of external panel suppliers.
• Experience presenting research and insights to clients at a senior management level.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of corporate accounts and the sourcing of new business opportunities. The role will also look for opportunities to grow incremental business from existing accounts and move where possible from secondary preferred to primary preferred supplier.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities in the QLD car rental sector and managing a portfolio of existing accounts
• Preparing sales submissions, reports, tenders and presentations

• Collate and analyse data on industry trends to underpin analysis of existing and potential growth opportunities within your accounts

What you'll do;

Who You are;

As SME Client Manager– APAC, your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Interaction Optimization: Utilize digital tools to analyse customer interactions across our digital platform. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience and drive revenue growth.
• Sales Transformation: Lead the transformation and modernization of the sales process, sales infrastructure, and client portfolio management to improve key metrics such as revenue per client, sales productivity, sales operating leverage, contribution profit, time-to-active, CAC/LTV, retention, and SoW growth.
• New Client Conversion – design and execute an inside sales strategy, working closely with Product and Growth teams, to maximize conversion of new inbound applications to trading customers. The focus will be ensuring appropriate cadences and touch points from the inside sales function from application through to first trade, and streamlining the requirements and methods of obtaining KYC/KYB to improve customer experience and time to verification.
• Digital customer service & portfolio growth – design and execute the appropriate service model to maximize the growth and retention of Digital customers. Implement strategies to grow the existing portfolio by up/cross-selling new platform capabilities, aligned with the product roadmap.
• High value customer segment – put in place appropriate processes and measures to identify digital customers to “graduate” to the high-value service model, and vice versa, working closely with the high value team and Head of Corporate to ensure our Dealing roles are only focused on the customers that need and deserve that level of service.
• Pricing Optimization – at a portfolio and individual customer level, optimize how we price our Digital book of customers to maximize retention, conversion and revenue growth over time.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Represent the voice of every corporate customer that uses our web platform and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to influence the redesign of the customer journey and internal processes, with a focus on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience and maximizing revenue potential.
• Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing sales and service team, driving adoption of sales enablement and modern sales tools, standardizing best practices, and fostering a culture of performance. This includes the digital transformation of existing sales and compliance processes and teams to align with new sales motions.
• Experience in FX or International payments is desirable.
