About the role

We’re seeking an influential warehousing professional responsible for the outcomes of our 3PL provider at our Laverton National Distribution Centre to ensure warehouse meets specific goals. You will need to have a strategic mindset identifying value creation opportunities and support programs to achieve objectives, goals, strategies and measures. You will have oversight of NDC operation to ensure that the site is managed efficiently and effectively by the 3PL teams.

Other responsibilities

• Manage accountability of the 3PL provider on site to ensure operational outcomes are achieved

• Identify and support delivery of network efficiencies through partnering with logistics team, network partners & suppliers to drive project objectives

This role will provide case management support and deliver therapy programs to NDIS participants so they can further engage in daily tasks; under the supervision of an allied health professional.

Duties include:

• Booking appointments and assessments on behalf of a clinician
• Follow up with stakeholders to obtain documentation required by the clinician, such as standardised assessments, school visit forms, clinical reports
• Delivery therapy programs to participants under the direction of an allied health professional
• Be responsible for managing an allocated case load and completing therapeutic processes in a timely manner
• Evaluate the results of therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating participants progress and implementing recommended adjustments and modifications.

The Visa Commercial & Money Movement (CMS) team enables payments solutions for Small Businesses, Large Enterprises and Government Clients in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific (AuNZSP), including small business card issuing, corporate cards, purchasing cards, virtual cards and non-card cross-border solutions. What a Senior Manager, Small Business Solutions does at Visa:

As a dedicated product SME for Visa’s small business solutions, the Senior Manager will work closely with Director of Small Business Solutions to support our small business credit, debit and pre-paid issuer clients through:

• Conducting regular portfolio reviews, analysing portfolio performance and advising on best practice to lift performance;
• Advocating portfolio optimisation initiatives such as product lifecycle management and spend & retention campaigns;
• Initiate and manage product research, this includes benchmark analysis, comprehensive case studies, help identifying global best practice and emerging trends
• Bring global best practices and thought-leadership to initiative and interactions with clients
