An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations department at ALDI stores, based in Regency Park, SA. This is a Permanent Part time position.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Director and wider Store Operations team to ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information between various stakeholders. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and problem solving across a diverse range of tasks.

What does the role look like?

• Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
• Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, such as effective calendar management
• Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence (such as memos), documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
• Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying and archiving
• Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and any relevant stakeholders

Our team is looking for a project manager to deliver a mix of Commercial/Retail Developer projects and also Industrial/Logistics projects.

• To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
• To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time.

If you join our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery of complex, and interesting projects. You will be able to see how projects are identified, assessed, planned, and then taken through the preliminary design, detailed design, tender, construction and close out phases. The moment a guest steps into our hotel, you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of leading your team and driving exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards
• Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and ensure they are settled in their rooms
• Maintaining professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings
• Guide & lead the frond office team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences
• Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Salary: $73,347 + Super
