Key Qualifications & Experience:

Role Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly Zoom training and development sessions.
• Design and implement marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Master lead generation tactics through social media channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) with expert guidance.
• Conduct interviews with prospective candidates (scripts and training provided).
• Provide valuable information to prospective candidates and guide them through the application process.
• Schedule and host follow-up sessions for Q&A with potential candidates.
• Mentor new clients, offering personalised coaching and support.

Responsible for the supervision of the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Hotel and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

This is a hands-on role, highly customer focused, and requires an individual who can lead by example in meeting and maintaining our team brand standards. In addition, you will:

• Assuming responsibility for the operation of the hotel under the guidance of the General Manager, including overnight caretaker duties
• Oversee all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check in/out processes adhere to agreed procedures and standards.
• Manage and supervise tasks of staff to ensure that highest quality service is delivered and department standards are met.
• Review and implement Procedures
• Communicate with General Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operations.
• Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
• Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our managment team work on a rotating roster across 7 days a week and between the hours of 5AM - 1AM.
