About the Role (Your Why)

We have an exciting role supporting our wider Products Services Team as an Associate Accounts Manager.

As an Associate Account Manager your role will be to support the team in maximising revenue from one or a small number of client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets and sales quotas. This role is required to ensure complete customer satisfaction when dealing with their allocated accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Assisting in formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans regarding one or a small number of client accounts to achieve sales revenue and sales quota targets.
• Supporting the team as they liaise with clients to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
• Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided and continually seek the opportunity to participate in clients' strategic business planning processes.
• Supporting the team in conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong understanding of Account Management techniques and disciplines.
• Extensive experience and specialist skills in the configuration and maintenance of networking/communications infrastructure, including the ability to support a variety of technologies.
• Ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
• Specialised product and industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

About the role:

As our Brisbane Workshop Manager your main goal is to successfully operate and deliver a world class car refurbishment facility. This amazing opportunity sees you run an end to end reconditioning facility inclusive of Mechanical, Roadworthy, Paint shop, PDR, Detailing and Photography.. This includes top quality equipment - brand new hoists, detailing equipment, photobooth and Paint booth setup.

You will pioneer the future of used car repair, leveraging the latest technologies and management techniques to build a collaborative culture that delivers best in class efficiencies from the workshop. 

You will report to the Brisbane Head of Refurbishment and work closely with the broader management team.

Responsibilities include:

• Successfully manage a large multi brand used car workshop – currently operating at 200 cars per month, but sized to deliver 300 used cars per month 
• Owning core KPIs for Brisbane: Cost of reconditioning, number of cars prepared monthly, quality metrics
• Manage end to end operations of the workshop
• Work with the Head of Refurbishment to develop and grow a leadership team as we scale our operations
• Be a member of our Brisbane operations leadership team

• A reputation for being one of the best Operations Managers in Brisbane with the stats to back it up
• Someone who can get his hands dirty in the details, run large effective teams and lead by example
• 6+ years of experience across industries and leading teams. Experience of running an automotive workshop would be a big bonus
• Strong acumen to understand the customer pulse - what does the market want and how much to recondition cars to ensure maximum customer satisfaction without blowing out costs
• A passion that extends beyond operational work - you will own the end to end process. A keen eye for detail is crucial to keep the production line moving
• An ability to think outside the box, we pride ourselves on bringing new ideas and technologies in to the game
• An ability to build a collaborative culture that isn’t bound by ‘how it is done elsewhere’ - we will employ new technology to assist our operations and be constantly implementing the team’s ideas to improve how we operate
• Solid financial acumen as it relates to the running of a large workshop facility
