About the Role (Your Why)
We have an exciting role supporting our wider Products Services Team as an Associate Accounts Manager.
As an Associate Account Manager your role will be to support the team in maximising revenue from one or a small number of client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets and sales quotas. This role is required to ensure complete customer satisfaction when dealing with their allocated accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Assisting in formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans regarding one or a small number of client accounts to achieve sales revenue and sales quota targets.
- Supporting the team as they liaise with clients to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
- Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided and continually seek the opportunity to participate in clients' strategic business planning processes.
- Supporting the team in conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong understanding of Account Management techniques and disciplines.
- Extensive experience and specialist skills in the configuration and maintenance of networking/communications infrastructure, including the ability to support a variety of technologies.
- Ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
- Specialised product and industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
