We are looking for multiple people to join our amazing Client Experience team working across our Australian business. As a Fund Administrator at FNZ, your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch fund administration and client services to both new and existing clients, advisers, and product owners using our exclusive administration platform. Your daily tasks will involve delivering services in a professional and efficient manner while adhering to established services and performance standards.

You'll be responsible for handling various core fund administration tasks, continuing to build your knowledge and experience across all facets of administration (money in, money out, maintenance and insurance).

This is a 6 Month Fixed-Term opportunity.

The responsibilities will include:  

• Fund Administration: Efficiently handle day-to-day admin tasks, including opening and maintaining client accounts, managing contributions and rollovers, handling pension commencements and payments, processing insurance premiums and benefits, and reviewing other administrators' work.

• Client Service: Address customer inquiries through web chat, email, phone, and mail, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Service Delivery: Manage your workload in a fast-paced environment, ensuring work items are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

• Working with Others: Collaborate with team members and other departments to promptly address customer queries and issues, serving as an escalation point and assisting the Senior Manager as needed.

• Training & Competency: Receive training in various disciplines with regular assessments to measure competency and output quality.

• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance our processes once you have a thorough understanding of our procedures and disciplines.

• Other Tasks: Handle additional projects or tasks as needed to support the company's smooth operation, as well as providing overflow support for our Customer Experience team when/if required.

What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate? 

• Minimum 2 years fund administration experience.

• Time management and the ability to prioritise.

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• The ability to solve problems and to autonomously investigate issues and potential solutions.

• Excellent computer literacy, particularly regarding the Microsoft Office suites.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Able handle high volume workloads and perform in demanding situations from time to time.

• ·The ability to adapt to change –as a result of both legislation and Company changes.

• A willingness to perform above and beyond the call of duty.

About the Role 

A Senior Project Administrator, playing a key role in the Professionals Services team, you will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects.  You will also have the opportunity to manage and own suitably assigned internal and client facing projects as part of broader professional development opportunity. 

Other areas of focus will be to: 

• Provide financial support and tracking for key projects and to the finance team (including invoice management where required); 
• Manage resources within Strategic Contracts and across Professional Services including assignments and forecast requirements; 
• Preparation, creation and facilitation of status reports for key projects and across Professional Services where required ; 
• Ongoing development /enhancement of tools and process with the rest of the team 
• Creating, documenting and communicating PM tools and processes; 
• Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure successful delivery of projects; 
• Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved; 
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues;  
• Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating project and/or team meetings and preparing papers, to support project management delivery.

• Relevant qualifications in project coordination and/or equivalent experience; 
• Engagement in or ownership of resource management processes;  
• Strong Analytical skills supported with intermediate to advanced Excel and/or other database type expertise; 
• Proficient with MS Office suite and MS Project (intermediate or above); 
• Exposure to a resource management tool highly desirable.
