Key Responsibilities

• Administration including invoicing and general administration tasks
• Provide assistance with all WHS and HR documentation, including completion of policies and procedures, review of documentation, maintenance of registers, training and induction of staff and contractors, and drafting of materials as required
• Coordinating and delivering staff and visitor inductions
• Ordering uniforms and office supplies
• Handling general office tasks including handling email and phone queries
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements:

To be successful for this position, you will have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and relevant software
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel team
• Supervise and monitor hotel team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team
• Take initiative to ensure all interactions with our guests are positive and productive.  
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of the General Manager/ Front Office Manager with a high level of customer service provided at all times.
• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests/customers to reach a win-win situation.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.  
• Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency situations.

Join us as our new Crewing Assistant

We are looking for another member to join our international Crewing Team. The Crewing Team is accountable for resourcing and scheduling our offshore personnel across the Asia Pacific region, including our Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Deck, Marine and Supervisory personnel. As a Crewing Assistant, you will support the Crewing Coordinators with human logistics, including but not limited to assisting with visa applications, personnel manning levels and schedules, record management, onboarding, preparing employment documentation for review, and maintaining compliance reports.
