Momentus' sales team is looking for a driven and dynamic Inside Sales executive to bring their Saas and hunting expertise to win new business in the event management space.

Responsibilities: 

• Win new accounts and grow existing business with Momentus solutions to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Be responsible for consultative solution selling, listen to the needs of prospective customers and clearly articulate the value proposition of Momentus solutions.
• Prepare effective client presentations and run efficient meetings.
• Apply tactical and strategic go-to-market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth, and to improve customer retention.
• Build strong partnerships at the senior leadership level of prospect organizations and establish new business relationships.
• Increase visibility for the Momentus brand with customers, prospects, and alliance partners through participation at industry events.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify required gaps and actions items.
• Collaborate across internal teams to increase your knowledge of the product and ensure you bring the best solution to our clients.

As a Senior Account Executive you will:

We are looking for a hungry, focused and resilient hunter sales person with great collaboration and sales execution skills to help grow the business across the market unit. 

The Account Executive will be selling into a focused list of strategic target accounts, you will be entrepreneurial in nature and excel at building pipeline, creating and closing opportunities. By using a consultative approach to value-based selling, you will lead with IFS's award winning products while also having access to the broader portfolio to bring value to our customers. You will use your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities with our existing customer base. 

The role is positioned within a high-growth market unit. This is an organisation going through transformational growth (organic and inorganic).  We are an ever-evolving business, challenging and disrupting the industry standards which are too often accepted by some of our competitors in the global enterprise software space.

Our go-to-market strategy is focused on geographical and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization. 

Responsibilities

• Strong sales execution and continued sharpening of these skills
• Prepare, update, own and execute the Go -To- Market Strategy for nominated industries
• Prepare, own, and maintain Territory Plan for agreed vertical
• Prepare Account Plan including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
• Own the end-to-end sales process including demand generation, understating customer needs, agreeing a mutual evaluation process, owning the RFI/RFP process, building a business case for change and winning business, and utilising resources within a matrix organization to get the job done.
• Work with partners to better penetrate into your accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value while providing strong delivery plans that lead to happy referenceable customers
• 100% responsibility for owning the annual sales targets and delivering as per the quarterly budget
• Continued pipeline building and demand generation activities to achieve 4x pipeline coverage
• Liaison with Sales leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration
• Manage and maintain complete CRM and Account hygiene, at all times, along with sales cadence, administration and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting

• Manage business and personal schedules of the CEO, including proactive diary management, arranging and scheduling appointments, agendas, calls, travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Calendar management, scheduling of meetings, assisting with preparation prior to meetings and managing travel itineraries

• Management of personal invoices, reconciliations and other items as directed

• Maintain professional and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

• Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal and external  individuals

• Precise note and minute recording for meetings when required

• Maintain and refine internal processes that support the CEO both business and personal tasks

• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

• High level of organisational, and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentiality

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly

• Punctual and well-presented with friendly disposition

• Potential overseas and interstate travel to the companies offices that are located across Australia, United States, Philippines and the Dominican Republic
