The Role

We're seeking applications from customer-centric individuals passionate about providing outstanding customer service and striving to achieve top-level sales results.  

If you have a keen interest in sales and want to establish yourself as a strong Outbound Sales master, this is the right role for you!

To ensure you will get our full support and training for the role, we will get you started in an office-based model and move to a hybrid model between our Bentley, WA, head office and home office.

In this role, you will interact with and support Bega Group customers, including Cafes, bakeries, hospitals, aged care, hotels, and local trades, to spread our unique products across Perth Metro.

Responsibilities 

• Drive increased distribution of Bega products throughout designated territory customers. 
• Achieve volume growth, sales & activity achievement goals within the designated territory.
• Identifying business opportunities and meeting distribution targets.
• Achieving daily outbound calls target through selling promotions & deals across our range.
• Partnering with state-based Territory Managers to drive growth in allocated regions.
• Building & maintaining trusting relationships with customers.

About you 

• Experience in Outbound sales is preferred but not essential. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve daily and weekly targets & KPIs.
• Able to work independently.

The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a high energy individual with consistent record of selling success selling enterprise digital marketing software solutions. The Enterprise Account Executive will help Public Sector & Education customers take a lead in their transformation journey, supported by Adobe’s deep industry expertise and experience of managing similar customer journeys. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with a driven and passionate mentality to drive net new sales in a rapidly growing tech company.

What you'll Do

• Identify new business opportunities to help the State Government & Education sectors improve staff, student and citizen experiences through driving marketing technology solutions engagement at the enterprise level

• Build executive level relationships within Government (CMO/CIO/CTO/CFO) as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of executives - proactively selling into multiple levels of an organization.

• Overachieve revenue quota contributing to the region’s overall plan

• Teamwork across the Adobe eco-system of Sales Specialists, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, etc to provide clients a clear understanding of our competitive advantage and why they should choose Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions.

What you need to succeed

• Strong and proven net new sales track record within the Education, State and Local Government market.

• Experience working across large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts.

• Excellent communication and presentations skills.

• Proven experience selling complex software or solution deals at the CXO level (business and IT)

• Consistent over-achievement of quota in past positions

• Must have a strong understanding and experience in managing a long term and complex sales cycle

• Experience leading virtual teams; excellence in crafting a clear and articulate vision for the sales pursuit and subsequent assignment of responsibilities accordingly
