About the role

The position develops tailored content in various formats, creating engagement tools that align organisational strategy with daily work, and supporting project-specific communications and engagement efforts. The Executive Engagement Specialist will also support executive-level social media strategy and create end-to-end communication and engagement plans for other organisational priorities.  

What you’ll be doing (key accountabilities)

• Provide strategic communications and engagement support and advice to executive leaders and other leaders as required, introducing innovative ways to engage and drive impact across Melba. 
• Deliver communication and engagement activities across leadership initiatives such as monthly Leadership Team Forums and organisational wide Town Halls including but not limited to agendas, speaker notes, presentations, preparing presenters, delivery support and reporting.

Your background (skills and attributes)

• Proven ability to create and distribute impactful communications in large, complex organisations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong track record of preparing strategic advice and materials for senior executives.
