Despite medical advancements, animal lifespans are on the decline. Today, the average pet only reaches 37% of their full potential lifespan and statistics have shown us that many suffer from dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Simply put, the status quo is not enough.

Our Mission

The Team

Lyka’s Partnerships team is quickly growing and we’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join the pack. In this phone/email based position you’ll look after a diverse range of partners looking to educate and empower their clients on the benefits of a real food diet.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain close relationships with our existing Partners, including breeders, vets, dog trainers, among many others
• Identify opportunities where Lyka could help our partners grow their businesses and revenue
• Establish protocols and processes for Partnership engagement to ensure Lyka’s interactions and communications are aligned with our brand, mission and business objectives
• Create helpful and persuasive marketing materials to increase product adoption and educate on the benefits of Lyka and best practices for promotion
• Act as a key point of contact for partner escalations and resolving them in a timely manner
• Performance analysis and reporting on trends to track progress, as well as areas for improvement
• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure objectives are delivered
• Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in either Account Management or Inside Sales, preferably within a high-growth B2B start-up (eg SaaS or FinTech)
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills (internal/external) with a passion for building long-term relationships whilst achieving aggressive KPIs and targets
• You would describe yourself as a self-starter/success oriented
• You understand how to build new business, upsell and drive revenue because you have a track record of doing so
• An analytical and inquiring mind with the ability to communicate data into relevant insights, and the ability to consolidate complicated problems into actionable solutions
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and happy to adapt to new situations!
• You have a love for animals and want to join us in striving for progression in pet wellness

Experience Required: 3-4 years’ industry experience. Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Possess sound financial management skills. Strong media understanding including an understanding and experience in using the full suite of media planning and measurement tools.

The purpose of the Account Director is to lead the development of media strategy and communication plans across their client portfolio. They are ultimately responsible for their teams work & output. They must ensure attention to detail in all facets of their teams work and take responsibility for any errors that occur. It is expected that they will participate in, embrace and lead training forums for their team and where applicable the common good of the agency. The Account Director is also responsible for developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with all clients - they should look to own the Marketing Manager level client relationship, and in some instances at the Marketing Director level. Account Directors will be called on to assist or lead New Business opportunities
Salary: $100k - $130k package

Business Director (Also known as Client Partner)
This role is focused on driving client business relationship and deliver best in class business and communications solutions for clients. The Business Director role includes: ultimate responsibility in overseeing and managing accounts, manage client expectations, anticipate client needs, resolve issues, identify client business requirements and work with team and cross functional teams to deliver the right solutions. Purpose of the role is to inspire and manage the client team and specialists to deliver world class work, service and partnerships. Deliver services and products that drives marketing led growth for our clients. Develop trusted and positive senior client relationships e.g. CMO, Marketing Director and ensure the agency team is acting as a true marketing partner. Develop internal and external client action plans that: Drives you and your team to deliver against client needs in a style which makes your client consider you their most valued business partner. About the role :
As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be taking full responsibility for supporting our APAC media sales team during pre & post-sales activities, from brief responses and media planning to managing delivery & pacing of campaigns as they activate. ? Leverage a deep understanding of Broadsign’s DSP & SSP, including third-party DSP integrations to communicate best practices for campaign effectiveness

? Work with cross-functional teams for deal creation, ensure inventory availability, and surface feedback to drive platform & feature enhancements
? Support Media Owner onboarding in Reach including go-live calls to support the flow of programmatic revenue on their inventory and deal pricing strategies
? Evangelise newly onboarded inventory within Broadsign and be the APAC programmatic inventory expert
? Act as the initial point of contact for media owner support

What you need to perform in this job :
A client services pro, you’re comfortable managing and growing accounts and able to prioritize effectively. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You’re as comfortable diving into Excel to improve a campaign as you are leading a platform demo or consulting with an agency team on strategies for success. You’re a self-starter, always looking for ways to improve the status quo.
? Degree qualification in marketing, communications or equivalent
? At least two years of proven Programmatic Ad Ops, Programmatic Trading, or Account Management experience at either a DSP, publisher, or agency (you excel at being the key point person and expert that the sales team & customers rely on)
? A deep understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, RTB landscape) and digital-out-of-home (DOOH)
