The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

This role requires someone to be able to work from 10pm to 6am. 

Must be able to drive themselves to work as there is no public transport between these times.
