We are looking for Port Operations Supervisors to join our Geraldton Port team on a permanent basis. The role involves leading our team of Operators, Operator/Maintainers, and Loader Operators to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Monitor stockpiles and shed capacity, and approving loader plans for ramps, pads, windrows, and runways.
• Conduct or assign senior staff to carry out pre-starts, including ship loading pre-starts.
• Maintain awareness of shipping schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet demand.
• Ensure the effective utilisation of maintenance management software (MEX) for tracking and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Conduct field interactions and investigate incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist with record-keeping, data collection, and reporting on operational performance, including job scorecards for staff.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational performance and resource requirements.
• Schedule employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage for leave and shutdown periods.
• Demonstrate and promote strong safety values among team members.
• Lead operations and team members to ensure safe and productive port operations.
• Coordinate loader movements and allocate downtime for repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Electrical Supervisor to schedule routine maintenance activities.

This is a permanent opportunity, based in Geraldton, working a 7/7/7 roster.

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our WA Field Sales Team in this newly created New Business Territory Manager position. This role is responsible for winning new business across identified areas within the state to grow the overall distribution of our White Milk and Chilled Beverage categories.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of the Bega Dairy & Drinks portfolio. You will be engaging with non-trading or lapsed customers across multiple channels including Cafes, restaurants, petrol and convenience and Local Trade throughout the Central and surrounding areas of Perth. Also opportunities to be a part of WA activities including the Annual Masters Regatta.

Responsibilities

• Working with Sales leaders to identify the best offer to convert non stockists.

• Creating an action plan to identify target customers in your region

• Working with Territory Managers to generate and follow up on warm leads

• Managing customer on-boarding from account set up to transition

• Lead the state on the new business strategy, providing insights to the state field sales team on wins.

• Strong sales experience with ability to achieve targets, execute priorities within a structured call that overall increase distribution. 

• Demonstrated courage and resilience to have constructive and challenging conversations including cold calling

• Commercial knowledge - understanding market & industry dynamics, utilising volume, rate, and mix targets, pricing strategies

We are looking for Front-End Loader Operators to join our Geraldton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves operating front-end wheel loaders to handle iron ore and other bulk commodities efficiently and safely.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Familiarity with shed maintenance, ore stockpile management, and remote site work.
• Ability to perform under pressure and in varying environmental conditions.

About the Role

Team Global Express is currently seeking an experienced Container Reach Stacker Operator, to commence immediately at our Depot in Fremantle.  This is a Full Time Permanent Position with the opportunity to jump on board with our dedicated depot in Fremantle WA to service our major clients and customers.

As a Container Reach Stacker Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of containers within our facility. Operating heavy machinery with precision and adhering to all safety guidelines are paramount in this role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of our logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• The working days are Mon-Fri, starting time 5AM – 2PM

• Operate container reach stacker machinery

• Load, unload, and stack containers

• Conduct pre-operational inspections of the reach stacker, identifying and reporting any defects or maintenance requirement

• Report all Incidents/Hazards to immediate Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Current 'CN' Reach Stacker License

• Current LF forklift License

• Minimum 2 year’s experience
