• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.
• Prioritize and carry out maintenance as requested by Departments on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all hotel departments.
• Record meter readings and liaise with the General/Hotel Manager regarding options to improve energy management and conservation in keeping with Gaia2.0 Commitments.

• Be available to carry out emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as required for full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and/or failure of mechanical systems.
• Maintain records of repair work and daily checks as required by local Council, Government and Manufacturer specifications.
• Liaise closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping regarding out of service rooms to expedite a quick turn around and return to inventory.
• Ensure the external areas of the hotel are maintained in line with Company brand standards.
• Research, recommend and liaise with the General/Hotel Manager regarding procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the department and to carry out project work/prepare reports as requested by the General/Hotel Manager and Regional Engineer.
• Ensure all staff are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Attend and actively participate in daily meetings respecting the confidentiality of issues, which may be discussed formally or informally.
• Prepare monthly Maintenance reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.
• Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson.

We are looking for a Billing Officer to join our Shared Services team.  

Shared Services refers to the domain within our Product Division that has business ownership and accountability for the common assets and functions used within the Product Division. Shared Services is complex.  As the link between other product domains, we are the business owner of over 40 applications.  

Our Client Interfaces and Billing squad exists to make it easy for clients to access Cuscal systems and make Cuscal fees and billing simple so they can optimise their costs. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Billing Officer is responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient completion of client billing activities. 

About the Role: 

• Own monthly billing and reporting processes including the preparation and submission of monthly metrics and billing reports for transaction processing fees  

• Handly monthly invoice processing from vendors and to clients by retrieving/collating reports and initiating invoicing processes 

• Validate and process invoices from payment schemes and industry associations including volume-based charges and agreed thresholds.   

• Accurately calculate and submit manual billing for low-volume products when necessary. 

• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding billing calculations and validations.   

• Support client contract renewals by providing up-to-date pricing and billing details to the sales team. 

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of revenue fee codes and expense billing lines across various systems.  

• Conduct monthly audit checks to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.  

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies reported by internal client or product teams  

About You: 

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or business  

• Experience with or knowledge of payment schemes highly regarded 

• Advanced excel skills  

• High level of proficiency in other Microsoft applications (including Word and Outlook). 

• High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.   

• Ability to identify, investigate and reconcile exceptions and variances.

Medical Scientific Liaison

Purpose:

The MSL is a credible and valued representative of the company in field to interact with key stakeholders across their regions/products/TAs to establish and maintain scientific relationships with opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals via scientific approach that is aligned with the Brand Team objectives and therapeutic area Medical Plan.

The MSL is responsible for providing a variety of external and internal customers with medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of specific company products and with more general information about their therapeutic area and disease state.

The MSL attends conferences and meetings on behalf of the company as scientific expert with the objective of bringing back information on the latest scientific advances in a specific therapeutic area.

External stakeholder engagement

• The MSL is a credible and valued representative of the company in field to interact with key stakeholders across their regions/products/TAs to establish and maintain scientific relationships with opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals via scientific approach that is aligned with the Brand Team objectives and therapeutic area Medical Plan.
• MSLs will spend the majority of their time in field based and customer facing activities by engaging in mutually beneficial 2-way dialogues with scientific experts/key opinion leaders.
• The MSL is responsible for providing a variety of external and internal customers with medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of specific company products and with more general information about their therapeutic area and disease state.
• The MSL attends conferences and meetings on behalf of the company as scientific expert and is required to bring updates on the latest scientific advances in a specific therapeutic area back to the company, brand team as well as external stakeholders.
• Engages with clinical and medical oncologists to share scientific data on DRL Oncology NCE/ NBE assets and share phase 3 clinical trial data. Discuss the clinical unmet need and current treatment landscape as well as global guidelines and pipeline molecules. The incumbent will be expected to spend 70% of time in-field engaging key opinion leaders. The incumbent will also develop an adoption ladder to measure the adoption of the NCE/ NBE by the clinicians.
• Lead the design and implementation of early access program if required. 
• Stay abreast of all clinical developments in specific therapeutic area and possible opportunity or challenge for the local business.
• Collaborate outside the company with stakeholders to achieve common goals of the company - building a long-term plan of activities with leading scientific organizations and communities.
• Coordinate planning of scientific publications in credible scientific journals.
• Perform key opinion leader mapping for relevant cancers and establish a scientific advisory board, under the leadership and guidance of the COE medical teams, which will assist DRL in launching innovative assets. Regularly engage advisory board members.
• Prepare speaker development program in collaboration with global COE medical affairs team.
• Create a plan for the company's collaboration with key opinion leaders.

Medico-Marketing

Sales Force Engagement

• Conduct trainings with the sales team in collaboration with the COE medical teams.

Code of ethics and compliance

• Full adherence to Dr Reddy's and Australia code of marketing and ethical engagements with Key Opinion Leaders

• Maintain up to date training register and adherence to all company training requirements within allocated timelines.

Strategic Vision and Leadership

• MSLs synthesize complex data and effectively communicate meaningful clinical insights and unanswered customer questions they receive from opinion leaders to Dr Reddy’s medical and cross functional teams.
   

BU wide Transformation initiatives

• Take lead in proposing BU wide transformation initiatives which could create distinct value for the organization. Facilitate implementation, review & tracking such initiatives (for e.g. safety, productivity, manufacturing excellence).

Depending on the business requirements and strategic direction for the BU, identify specific areas / projects / problems; engage with business teams and external entities to work out solutions; partner in implementing the solutions; monitor the progress and help troubleshoot when needed IN ORDER TO create value for the BU through various initiatives.
