Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play an important part in our warehouse operations, performing a range of tasks including loading and unloading products on and off trucks, operating machinery and equipment, as well as general despatch duties. Full training will be provided as part of the comprehensive induction program, and ongoing support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.

We currently have multiple positions across varied shifts (please be sure to note your preference in your application):

• Day shift 6:00am – 2:06pm
• Afternoon Shift 2:00pm -10:06pm
• Night Shift 10:00pm – 6:06am

This pivotal role is responsible for determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans and aims at bolstering customer visibility via track and trace solutions, orchestrating recruitment and induction for logistics roles, engaging in tender management, and advancing operational excellence through optimizing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing 3PL efficiency. Organizational Relationships:

• Internally you’ll liaise with the Order Management, Logistics, Sales and Finance teams, along with Planners and the Supply Chain Manager. You'll also work closely with both Headquarters and other BSH subsidiaries.

• Externally you’ll collaborate with 3PL providers, Freight forwarders, and integrate with global and regional supply chain networks

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence & Supplier Management: Supervise relationships and contracts with 3PL providers in Australia, standardize home deliveries, and contribute to LP2 targets for the ANZ business.

• Supply Chain Management: Ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation, spearhead demand planning tool development, and execute global logistics projects.
