We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor/Team Leader to join the Building Control Services Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of building surveyors while overseeing complex projects and ensuring compliance with relevant Victorian building control legislation, codes and standards, local laws, policies, guidelines and Ministerial Guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carry out duties, functions and responsibilities of the Municipal Building Surveyor under and in accordance with the relevant instrument of delegation issued by the Municipal Building Surveyor
