The Role

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician &/or Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team based in Inverell NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for various electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems and equipment
• Diagnose electrical &/or air conditioning issues and propose solutions.
• Perform electrical &/or air conditioning inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid electrical &/or refrigeration license or certification.
• Proven experience as an electrican &/or air conditioning.
• Strong knowledge of electrical &/or air conditioning systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or training in specific areas of electrical &/or air conditioning work.
• 4th years may apply.

• Salary earning potential up to $65 per hour based on qualifications, experience, leadership qualities & time served with company increased every 6 months up to 5 years.
