About the Role

The Endpoint Engineering team assists companies by supporting their environments day to day and recommending best practises to follow and implement. What you will do

As a SOE Engineer, you will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM and Intune
• Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory – Group Policy Management
• Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch)
• Experience with Windows 10 task sequencing and end point configuration

You will be part of a team that supports a large fleet of Citrix/Virtualisation technology based issues, requests that are escalated to you by the customer and service desk team.

Responsibilities

• Provide third level technical expertise and operational support for the infrastructure services related requests and issues predominantly with Citrix, Active Directory and Group Policy Management, Basic Networking, Microsoft Azure for Citrix Cloud
• Proactively engage customers to discuss strategy and tailor solutions to meet all necessary requirements.
• Be the final escalation point for such technical knowledge and expertise related enquiries and issues.
• Ensure escalations are resolved on a timely basis according to the SLA
• Lead workshops that identify trends and problems within customer environments
• Develop new solutions that improve our customer environments as value-add initiatives
• Develop permanent corrective fixes and deploy following appropriate change processes
• Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis knowledge management system
• Mentors junior engineers to help develop their skills

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Managed IT Services environment with the following essential skills and knowledge:

• Citrix Cloud
• ADC/NetScaler
• XenApp and Xen Desktop
• Provisioning services
• Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Share files, FsLogix
• Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365 applications
• Underlying Virtualisation technologies (Azure, Vmware)

Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments. Strong vendor management skills and understanding of SLAs.

Exposure to ITIL processes, attention to detail and have a passion and desire to develop and share knowledge

The Datascape Director will oversee a team of 200 software and local government professionals, driving growth in customer base and revenue in alignment with long-term plans. This role encompasses product management and development, professional services, customer success, sales, and support.

What you’ll bring 

• Broad and deep understanding of software products, platform and software technology, software development, and operations.  
• Demonstrated success in strategy development and implementation and meeting objectives around growth in revenue and returns 
• Strength in financial management, with a clear understanding of the relationship between capital invested and future cash flows both from recurring software fees and project services. And ability to form and manage multi-year budgets. 
• Ability to form productive relationships and influence key prospects and customers 
• Experience in the use of research and data to inform product planning and the prioritisation of development
