The Role

The Sales Operations Manager is a key member of the Client Engagement team. The role is responsible for supporting the Account Executives to deliver the program of work associated with the clients, driving account governance, and leading the execution of our sales operating model.

The role requires strong operational and governance management expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of the industry, the clients and Visa.  The role will report to the Director, AuNZSP Sales Excellence and will work collaboratively with the Account Executives and respective client teams.

• Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments

• Liaise with client stakeholders to answer ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy)

• Manage the governance of any applicable agreements connected to the client partnerships. This includes improving upon the design and implementation of the governance framework and operating model.

• Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.

• Manage the documentation and recording of all program activities, and management of reporting.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Finastra GPP SP Consultant based in the vibrant city of Sydney, Australia.

• Good knowledge in various payment types like Domestic Fund Transfer, Cross Border Payments/SWIFT, Instant or Faster Payments, RTGS, SEPA.
• In depth understanding of GPPSP product capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Finastra GPPSP product APIs.
• Have a very good understanding on GPPSP core payment product flows.
• Good understanding and working experience using ISO 20022 messaging standard.
• Create scalable and reusable functional solution based on requirements/scope in JIRA
• Create reusable interface definitions for third party applications integrating with GPPSP.
• Capture the configuration requirements and configure the GPPSP product for various payment flows.
• Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation
• Previous experience operating and delivering in multiple SDLC methodologies (including Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence and MS Visi

The Asia Pacific Fulfillment Operations Manager will support Block Logistics and Fulfillment efforts in Australia & Japan. As part of the Hardware Logistics team, you will play an essential role in our mission to bring Block products to our customers in a fast, reliable, economical and elegant fashion. You will determine best practices, collaborate on growth plans across the supply chain and company, support the implementation, and manage Block's fulfillment and delivery operations for all products. You will also oversee vendor and supplier partnerships and manage performance within Block's international supply chain.

We're looking for a dynamic, process-oriented operations leader who has a passion for new solutions and scalable systems. Because the majority of the team is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, some morning working hours will overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

You Will:

• Manage and improve the logistics [inbound, fulfillment and outbound] network for Block's Asia Pacific markets
• Oversee supplier partnerships and manage performance
• Work with internal partners to guide the development of essential and new fulfillment programs.
• Ensure that performance targets are met on service level commitments to our customers, across all products within the region
• Implement SOPs with partners and manage Indicators to maximize and measure Block's partners performance: Order Management; Inventory control, Performance Service level agreements, metrics reporting and Scause troubleshooting
• Support new potential country and new product launches coordinating with global partners to ensure setup, and success of the launches
• Maintain accurate and appropriate SOWs and SOPs specific to the implementation of fulfillment operations against B2C, B2B, Retail and Returns distribution requirements
• Handle fulfillment errors and exceptions, correcting and identifying preventative measures
• Identify process gaps, propose and guide implementation for scalable solutions
• Leverage access to technology and new ideas to bring continuous improvement to APAC markets

You will be responsible for helping recruitment agencies get the most from Messly, supporting them from the sales process through their lifecycle as a customer.

Using your recruitment background, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients, building close relationships

Specifically, your role will focus on:

Onboarding and Training: Train new recruiters how to use Messly, giving product demos and tutorials. You’ll become an expert in Messly, with an in-depth knowledge of the product features and capabilities, coaching them on how to utilise the product fully. When we release new features, you’ll help coach them on how to use these.

Regular Check-ins: Offer regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback. We are proactive in reaching out to clients, not waiting for them to report issues. If clients are having issues, or we notice that they’re not using the product property, you would work to fix these issues.

Account Reviews: Use our data dashboards to understand if Messly is being used to its full potential, and suggest ways for agencies to get more value from us. Where issues are identified, we will create action plans to help solve these.

Process Development: You’ll own the processes and documentation around your role, and ensure these are continually maintained.

In addition, you will help with:

Sales support: Supporting the CEO through the sales process, including outreach to potential agencies, and follow-ups through the sales process.

Feedback: Share feedback from agencies with the product team, and contribute ideas for how to improve our service based on their feedback and the data you can see.

Ops: You will manage and run occasional operational processes, such as generating reporting and customer reporting, working with our ops team.

A Typical Day

Messly is small, fast-growing company so each day is different. But if they was a ‘typical\ day, it might include:

• Joining a sales call with a prospective client to understand if Messly is a fit for them, and following up with a proposal and some pricing
• Running a training session for recruiters from a new client. That might be in their offices or on a video call. You’d give them a demo of the key features, and help them to set up their accounts on Messly.
• In between, you might pick up a few questions in your inbox from recruiters who have a question about using Messly, or call up a recruiter who you can see is struggling to have success on Messly
• Finally, ahead of the team meeting the next day you’ll spend an hour reviewing your action plan for an agency that’s struggling, collate some product feedback and prepare some data and charts for discussion with the team.

Working At Messly

You'll be our first hire in Australia, and a key part of the initial team. One of the founders is relocating to live in Sydney to run the Australian business, and you will be working closely with him on a day-day basis. The other founder will travel to Australia also as needed.

We will ensure you feel part of the wider team in the UK, as feeling part of a team is really important to everyone here. You’ll get to meet us on weekly team meetings on Zoom and you’ll be interacting with the UK every day via Slack too.

Messly is a fully remote company and has no fixed office, and this will not change in future. Part of your role will involve visiting client offices to run training or other meetings. We expect this to be around 2-3 times per month.

We’ll help to support getting you setup at home if you haven’t worked remotely before including any computer equipment you need. You'll receive in-person training when you start, to give you the ins and outs of the company and meet the team you’ll be working with. We also offer co-working space near you if you’d prefer not to work from home.

As a Development Tester at Ubisoft Australia, you’ll be the validation before integration, responsible for the quality of a specific feature throughout production. As you test, you consider every possible choice and move a player might make during gameplay. Working alongside artists, designers, programmers, and more, you’ll develop a solid understanding of our game’s systems, use it to get to the root of problems and help enable fixes for these issues. We want someone that can be onsite at our studio in Sydney a few days a week.
