Alcoa has opportunities for enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced Digger and Dozer Operators at our Huntly Bauxite Mine located south of Perth near North Dandalup. Opportunities include permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, or become part of our future talent pool.

In accordance with our current WA Operations AWU Enterprise Agreement, the starting salary is $79,382 plus 14% superannuation working a 36-hour week. Shift allowances are applicable if you are on one of our 10.3-hour or 12-hour rosters.

What can you bring to the role:

• Experience operating the following equipment:

  • Large CAT & Komatsu dozers (D11, 475 & 375) with proficiency in open cut mine development, pit preparation, landscaping, and rehabilitation techniques

  • Excavators (Komatsu PC2000, PC3000, Hitachi 2600, CAT 336) with experience operating/digging in difficult and challenging terrain (such as steep mining areas) would be highly regarded

  • 5+ years relevant industry experience in Mining Operations

• Demonstrated commitment to a ‘safety first’ culture

• Self-motivation to work semi-autonomously in a small dynamic team

• Problem-solving ability and good initiative

• A strong team focus where you support and encourage your crew

• WA HR Drivers Licence

Position Summary:

Intelerad is seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader for its Oceania Division, which encompasses operations in Australia and New Zealand. The GM will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and managing the Profit and Loss (PnL) aspects of the division. This position involves both direct managerial authority (solid line) over certain functions and functional (dotted-line) authority over others, requiring a leader who can navigate complex structures and influence cross-functional teams. 

Although the reporting responsibilities will evolve as the position dictates, the GM initially is expected to have direct responsibility for:  Professional Services, Customer Success, Support and SRE.  Dotted line responsibilities include:  all growth engine functions, sales engineering and sales.

Our Wagerup Refinery is currently searching for a Senior Civil Co-ordinator / Engineer in a fulltime permanent capacity working a Monday to Friday roster. This role reports directly to the Senior Asset Integrity Consultant for the successful implementation of the site-specific civil infrastructure maintenance works program. Civil infrastructure includes concrete items including bunds, slabs, and structural supports; foundation earthworks, structural steel, chimney stacks, building structures and cladding, road pavements, train rail tracks, potable water piping, tank shells, storm water drainage and sewers.

The key strategic objectives for the role include:

• Implementation of agreed civil infrastructure maintenance program including program budget and schedule planning, scope definition/documentation, service order quotation and contract item via purchase order award with service contractors.

• Management of competitively bid maintenance contracts, including development of tender documentation, monitoring, and assessment of work scope progress against budget, quality criteria and schedule.

• Ensuring that Workmanship, Inspection and Testing Plans for maintenance works are in place.
